Exploring the quieter side of NYC — Part 6 of my photography journey 📸

Hey everyone!

Back again with Part 6 of my NYC photography journey!

This time I wanted to focus more on the mood of the city, the architecture, the shadows, the small details, and those quiet moments that can make New York feel almost timeless.

The more I walk around with my camera, the more I notice how much character this city has. From old buildings and statues to narrow streets and little moments of light, I’m trying to capture the atmosphere the way I see it.

I’m still learning and experimenting, but I’ve really been enjoying the process and slowly finding my style.

Hope you enjoy this set!
As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Which shot is your favorite? 📸

And if you want to see more, feel free to follow my photography journey here on Reddit!

I visited the WTC for the third time but first time checking out the Survivor Tree. I was reading some of the messages and looked back at 1WTC and noticed the gap in the leaves above my head was a perfect, isolated view of the building.

I thought others would appreciate the pic!

I came from a real tough neighborhood. Why, every time I shut the window I hurt somebody’s fingers.

Many faces of Manhattan skyline

All these photos taken in the span of 1hr during sunset...There is nothing quite like Manhattan putting on her best show and revealing a different face every ten minutes while I spend an hour straight clicking away on my camera shutter. 🥰📸✨
