Is bank loan debt consolidation a good idea?

Hi! I currently have several loans from different lending platforms, with a potential total outstanding balance of around ₱150,000.

I'm planning to apply for a bank loan to pay them all off and consolidate my debts into one monthly payment using my salary.

For those who have tried this, is it a good idea? Which banks would you recommend, and what should I consider before applying?

I'd appreciate your advice and personal experiences. Thank you!

Hello!!!

After completing the online form for a personal loan, will I submit the documents right after? Also, how many days before they respond or confirm that they received your email/application?

Thank you!!!

Help!

Badly need help and advice. May utang kaming almost ₱600k.

Salamat.

Magandang araw. I have a loan offer from CTBC, malaki siya at nagulat ako kasi hindi siya katulad ng mga kilalang trad bank. Will use it for business purposes.

Looking for a Bank Personal Loan Agent/Representative for Debt Consolidation (TU Score 676, Risk Grade FF)

Hello po! Baka may mairerecommend kayong bank or legitimate bank loan agent/representative na puwedeng mag-assist sa personal loan application ko for debt consolidation.

Sharing my current credit profile for reference:

TransUnion Credit Score: 676

TransUnion Risk Grade: FF

Loan Amount Needed: ₱200,000–₱250,000

CTBC Bank

EastWest Bank

BPI

SB Finance

Welcome Bank

Thank you po sa anumang advice or recommendations! 🙏

SAVii Loan Transfer to new employer

Post image
0 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I’ve been unemployed for almost 5 months due to layoff sa previous company ko. May bago akong employer ngayon and same silang partner ng SAVii and same Security Bank ang payroll. I received an email na my loan is already porting in progress. Meron na ba nakaencounter sainyo nito? Gaano katagal bago sila nagdeduct sa new employer payroll niyo?

Please let me know guys, I tried reaching out to them sa email pero wala silang response. :(

CTBC salary stretch loan still pending

Oct 12 - received the email of the requirements. Submitted the same day.

The sales agent handling my case is very hands on and nag aupdate sya from the to time sa mga need especially pag may kulang. However my company moved to a different location which created a discrepancy. Now nung pinuntahan nila for CI, di daw sila pinapasok sa building since di sia authorized. Now they emailed my HR and asked if it is a virtual location and HR said yes even if it isn’t.

Oct 27 Ngayon need nila ma verify daw yung payroll account ko even after providing the statements. Eh hindi naman sila nanghingi sakin ng actual authorization to verify it. Meron ba here that had the same experience na need pa ng Payroll Bank verification.

Maaapprove pa kaya itong loan ko? Sana meron credit investigator dito for idea. Thank you!

Moneycat OD

I borrowed ₱30,000, fully aware of the high interest, because I was expecting funds to come in. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I've been overdue since Saturday, and I've been receiving numerous calls and text messages. Some of the messages claim that they will conduct a home visit and contact my references.

For those who have recent experience with MoneyCat, do they really conduct home visits? Do they actually call references or post anything on social media? I'd appreciate any insights. Thank you.

SLoan has a %60 p.a. interest rate, Is this normal?

Post image

I was looking at places I can borrow money from in the future incase I would need to. So I Stumbled upon SLoan, you pay the interest per MONTH based on the Principal not on the current outstanding loan.

The formula to get p.a. from Monthly is Monthly×12 (4.45 here but the non discount is 4.95 so 4.95x12=60) and quite possibly illegal since iirc the most lenders can charge is 3% per month or 36% p.a.
