Has anyone here done the Sikles/Tangting to Timang trek? I wanted to do Annapurna circuit with a friend, who is a foreigner, but I dont like the idea of taking jeep to Chame/Dharapani and walking from there. Instead this trail sounds more rewarding in terms of culture and nature, and less bato ko dhulo and jeep ko dhuwa.

From Sikles to Timang and then from Timang to Muktinath/ Marpha looks like a nice varied itinerary for me. After reaching Timang, I expect it to get crowded and safe ish, but just concerned about this 'Gurung Heritage Trail'.

Also, is this totally a camping trek? or are there some teahouses on the way that would be open in Spring?

Any experience or direction to who to ask would be nice. We are willing to hire someone local from Tangting or Sikles to join our trip and guide with the trail. No need to speak English or help with bagpacks. Just someone who has experience walking that path before.

Hello everyone I am certified gym, personal trainer.

Due to morning college I can't find any suitable job most of the gyms in pkr wants 6am to 10:30am & 5pm to 8:30pm so they simply reject me. I did had PT on gyms but 60-40 policy 60% to me & 40% to them became very issue to me , I also had to pay for the gym subscription also give 40%.Suppose if I charged 10k per client I had / have to give total Rs 6500 to the gym which very annoyed me Rs 2000 transportation mai kharcha huncha monthly.

So if there's any gyms that provide freelancing facilities do let me know. I am doing physical PT again after Tihar so I need a gym.
