Does anyone know the best way to make either a 3x1 door or just a 2x1 with the bottom 2 logs?

Moving the blocks horizontally looks challenging as hell. My guess is the only way to make it look like in the video might be some zero tick sorcery

Hi! I built this auto bottle refill for my clay farm and I can not figure out how to stop bottles flowing right through it when they should stop at the dispenser by the piston and only continue when they are empty after being used, any help is appreciated!

I seen this video on a compact tunnel bore, but since newer updates, the tnt thats usually supposed to end up at the tip of the ancient debris now ends up inside the trapped chest and blows itself up. There was a way to protect it from the chest by making an L out of ancient debris but that just pushes the tnt out to the side and once again blows itself up. Anyone know who I can make this work in bedrock current version?

For more context, I’m excavating an ancient city, so I need to take apart and rebuild the tunnel bores many times, so I wanted to find a more compact and easier to make one that won’t be as much of a hassle to take apart and rebuild. Thanks!

I'm designing a keypad and currently it's impossible to have a code that contains the same digit twice. So to make that possible I want to make a system that'll shift itself onto a secondary line once it has activated once, and then switch onto a third line when activated a second time and so forth. Any idea how to make that happen?

I’m currently working on the feasibility on a system of autonomous chest minecart.

The goal would be to allow players on my server to send chest minecart from a certain station to a specific station on a single loop track

E.g

A — B — C — D

A player send a minecart from A to C
Another send a minecart from A to B

My first experiment has been to use fullness to represent the « code » of each station (a shulker box + one token item represents a single of 1 from the comparator)

Do you have more efficient solution ?

Exactly what the title says, I'm having no luck finding one

So I'm making a challenge run map, and for the last thing, I want a stairway that you have to switch which direction it goes. I got a pretty good one, but only one lever at a time seems to work (I had 3, one at the foot of the first stairs, one at the 2nd, and one at the top of the second stairs in front of a piston door: the idea was that when you went up the stairs and pulled the lever it would take the way you just came up and put the new way). Every time I tried to connect or use other levers, it would uselessly power the current instead of turning it off. Redstone torches didn't help much either. Yes this is in 1.7.10

I want to build a bunker-type door that's 4 blocks tall. I want it to open horizontally, with the top half going up and the bottom half sinking into the ground. noob at redstone; please help

i was making a tnt cannon when i realized i had to detect if the flying mashienes have been sent back. basically, i can detect if the flying mashiene is there or not. basically what i need is a pulse generator that generates a short pulse when a redstone signal turns off. only when it turns off tho, not when it turns on.

I haven't been playing minecraft long let alone knowing shit about redstone so I just tried to go based on a youtube video but I can't seem to get the door to work.

I tried putting redstone in different places and switching the position of the redstone torch but I can't get the sticky piston to go back when I step on the pressure plate.

Can i please get some help, I really want this to be a piston door for my world, but i cant seem to figure out the restone. its almost a 5x5 of copper, and the back layer is a 3x3 of tuff. I would really appreciate if someone could design a flying machine door that opens downwards. this would be a really cool door to have if someone could figure it out. Thanks!

I want to make a 3x3 entrance to a lava pit, that hides a secret base underneath. The pit can be at most a 7x7 area. I envision something where it clears a 5x5 area, then a 3x3 door opens up, but I'm really struggling to make it happen.

I have attached an image of my honestly pretty bad attempt, as well as my ideal lava look. Any help would be appreciated!

I have this 3x3 lava door, making use of an old mumbo design plus some to block off lava.

There's one issue though, the lava gets in the hole, and makes getting inside take forever, AND destroys the torches that power the pistons. How can I prevent the lava from getting in or remove it before it gets far?
