This is the spreadsheet from SuggestAPC's discord, it covers PC deals, websites to check, how to get good deals, promo codes and so much more. There are suggestions at various budget points. I’m the main editor of the spreadsheet and I’ll be adding prebuilts to it whenever I’m available. Comment any feedback or suggestions you’d like me to add.

Games (most - least demanding): Fable 4, Deadlock, Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, Dead by Daylight
I'm currently saving up to by a prebuilt gaming PC. I'm considering buying a powerspec from microcenter since I heard good things about that store. Max I would like to spend is around 1500.
If anyone has any recommendations or suggestions, please let me know. Thanks! (I would also prefer if it's available to buy in person and not online like amazon because e-commerce can be sketchy)

I'm looking to buy a prebuilt gaming PC with a budget of around $1,500. My main goal is to get the best gaming performance for the money, ideally something that can handle 1440p gaming at high/ultra settings with good FPS in modern AAA games.
I'm mainly interested in a PC with an RTX 5070 or better, a decent CPU, good cooling, and a reliable PSU and motherboard. I'd also prefer a system that's easy to upgrade down the line.
For those who've bought prebuilt PCs recently, which brands or specific models would you recommend? I'm also curious whether it's better to go with brands like Lenovo Legion, ASUS ROG, or a custom builder.
Any recommendations or models to avoid would be appreciated!

Hey everyone!
I’ve finally decided I want to get my first gaming PC, but I honestly have no idea where to start.
I’m not sure whether I should build my own, buy a prebuilt, or try to find a decent used one.
Right now, I’m just a casual Xbox gamer who plays in the living room, so I’d basically be starting from scratch. I don’t have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, mic, or anything like that.
I’d really appreciate any advice on good starter PCs, parts, monitors, microphones, or anything else I should look into!
I’m completely new to PC gaming, so any tips or recommendations would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

Hey all, Im currently looking around and hoping to get my first PC soon and was hoping for some advice.
Im based in the UK and currently primarily looking on PCSpecialist.co.uk because I plan to pay off the PC in instalments and they will let me do so over 12 months interest free. Im also wondering whether its worth waiting till black Friday to see if there are any good deals on?
My budget is around £2500
Im looking for a machine that will last a while and that I can upgrade in future as I currently have a PS5 but have no plans on sticking around for a PS6 so the PC will become my main gaming machine going forward.
Some of the more intensive games I play / hope to play are things like Cyberpunk, Baldurs Gate 3, Starfield, RDR2 etc. so hoping for something that can handle these games comfortably.
Im aiming to play at 1440p and 60fps. My monitor is 1440p so I have no need for 4k.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

Hi everyone!
I’m looking to buy a new gaming PC that’s already built, as I don’t want to build one myself.
My budget is around £700–£1,000, and I want something that can run Deadlock, Total War: Warhammer III, League of Legends, shooting games and survival games smoothly so I can play with my friends.
I’m based in the UK, so I’m looking for recommendations from UK retailers. What prebuilt PCs would you recommend for my budget, and which graphics cards and processors should I look for?
I want the best performance for my money without spending over £1,000.
Thanks!

I'm a 17yo who loves to play stuff like Minecraft (With quite a lot of mods), Marvel Rivals, Roblox, and mostly generally cozy games in my free time, however, my Laptop recently broke, so I'm looking for either a laptop or PC that's relatively cheap, even if that means getting it used, at most like 300usd/270Eur. I've already figured out that a lenovo ideapad slim 3 from Vinted should be fine, both for gaming but also school work, but I'm not really all that tech savvy, so obviously if anyone has any better recommendations I'm all ears.
As said, I'm also looking for a stationary PC, but I don't really know anything about Ram(I've heard it needs to be at least 16?), CPU or anything like that, so building one is out of the picture. Since I don't really know anything about this stuff, it's hard to find one via. Reviews, which is what usually do, and why I'm really here😅
Does anyone who knows this kind of stuff know where I could find a good PC, and maybe which ones I should look into a bit more, I'd love to hear it.

Hello. I'm looking to buy a new desktop.
I generally like the HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-00xx (16.0 GB) that I bought in 2018 but it's gotten considerably slower because it doesn't update Windows.
I'd like to purchase a similar type of desktop but a new model that runs Windows 11 and runs at least as fast, if not faster, than my current desktop in terms of performing core functions (web browsing, document creation, etc.) and some light gaming (I only play 1 game - Quake Live - which came out in 2008, although I'd like to have the option of playing Quake Champions, which came out in 2017, both are Steam products).
I'd love to keep the price below $850 (not including tax) but I'm not opposed to going higher if necessary.
Thanks so much!

I’m not quite sure where to start but i want to get this perfectly right for him. Thanks so much

As said above, I'm old. I haven't built or bought a PC in quite some time. Last one was a Lenovo Legion in 2020 when there was a chip shortage. It still holds up but it's starting to show its age. I saw folks in several other threads recommending Maingear. I'm looking at Maingear's current line of prebuilt PCs, and there's such a massive difference in price point that I really don't know what will suit my needs.
Context, I don't do a lot of online multiplayer. I mostly play games like Baldur's Gate 3, console ports like Spider-Man, and I want to be build ready for when GTA6 comes to PC next year. I love some good graphical mods (in fact mods are the primary reason I PC game).
So I'm looking for something with some power but I don't need to absolutely max out the settings. I want something that will hold up for a good five years at least without having to dial down all the settings. It will be purely for gaming, I don't do any rendering or anything demanding like that. I will probably be doing some VR as well (via PSVR2 connected to PC).
Budget is, well, I have a reasonable amount of funds but I don't want to blow cash just to blow cash if I'm buying more machine than I need.
So...any thoughts? I really can't tell the difference these days between the $2K vs $8K option.

I am a student at Cambridge and my gaming laptop gpu is kinda busted. I'm planning on getting a PC since I have a mouse, keyboard and speakers already. Just need a monitor and the PC rig. I have 2 main things. One, I'm not sure where to get one (was thinking of currys or somewhere online) and secondly i can't assemble stuff so id like to have it assembled or look for prebuilt. Please advise me regarding this so I can possibly get something during black friday (if discounts are applicable) 🙌🏽
The most graphically demanding game I'm playing rn is marvel rivals and Resident evil requiem

I'm looking to replace my current gaming PC with a significantly better system. I've had this PC since 2018, and want to make a solid upgrade that'll last me years. My maximum budget is around 3.5k USD but would obviously want to spend less and find the best performance for price. I'm looking for recommendations on reliable prebuilt PCs or companies that let you configure a PC from scratch. I'm also planning on giving my current PC to my brother so I don't plan on selling/reusing any of these parts. Also I have 2k in Amazon gift cards so would be nice if I could find it off Amazon but if not that’s okay as well.
Current PC specs
**CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
**GPU:** AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
**RAM:** Corsair Vengeance LPX, 2 × 16GB DDR4
**Motherboard:** ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
**Storage:** 480GB WD SSD
**Operating system:** Windows 11 Home 64-bit
My main requirements are:
**Budget:** $3,500 USD maximum.
**RAM:** for 64GB DDR5 if possible
**GPU:** Looking for a 5080
**CPU:** Something like an** **AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
**Storage:** 1-2TB NVMe SSD.
I use my PC for gaming as well as running multiple other tasks at the same time. I'd like the new PC to offer a substantial overall upgrade, not just slightly better gaming performance. I've looked at iBUYPOWER, CyberPowerPC, Skytech, PowerGPU, CostPlusGaming etc. but not sure if there are others I should look into
I'd especially appreciate recommendations from people who have actually purchased from these companies or dealt with their warranty/customer service.
Thanks!

I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for pre-built gaming pc's as I'm looking to buy one. My budget is around 2000 aud, I'd be happy spending more if it is worth the price increase.
I was thinking of something like this: https://www.nebulapc.com.au/products/drift
But I would like to hear opinions of people who know more about the topic than I.
I'm in Australia

Hi all,
I'm in the market for a new PC and am having a bit of trouble on finding somtheing budget friendly which matches my needs. My main use case is for cyber security work, but I will be doing some light photoshop/illustrator and 3D modeling as a hobby. The CS work requires me to run a few VMs and Linux environments so I'm leaning towards AMD over Intel (either 12 or 16 core) but if Intel will suffice, I'm fine with that too.
I'm opting for a discrete GPU both for CS PW cracking and in case Blender/CAD needs more GPU. Please correct me if I'm wrong/don't need this. Minimum 6GB I think should be enough?
Other specs: 1TB SSD, with minimum of 32GB RAM. Not sure how different the DDR4 vs DDR5 is, so I'm open to either. I don't think I need liquid coolant, so air cooling is fine. WiFi connection. Win10 or 11 is fine (I havent used Windows OS in a long time as most of my work so far has been ChromeOS).
The biggest constraint is my price which I'm budgeting $1400. Which, yes, I know is ridiculous given the above specs so I'm trying to find a pre-built which gets AS CLOSE to budget as possible. I AM OPEN TO REFURBISHED machines if it will lower the budget so long as the specs/hardware hold up for my use case.
I don't need/want/prefer the "gaming" aesthetic of the RGB interior fans with a glass/clear chassis. Honestly if it would reduce the price by omitting these, it would be better for me. Only reason I bring it up is because each time I try and filter search my specs I immediately get redirected to "gaming PCs".
Other things which may be pertinent? I have a cat who sheds and they love to sit on my desk/under my chair while I work. The tower will be under my desk. I don't need a keyboard, mouse or screen.
I don't have the skill/knowhow to DIY/build my own box nor do I have the time. Maybe if the computer starts failing down the road, I could learn how to replace and upgrade pieces, but for now only looking for pre-built machines.
Closest thing I've found in price point and specs is the MINISFORUM AtomMan G1 Pro or the 89A6 (fully AMD version -opting for this) but while the small form factor is appealing, I'm worried about heat dissapation and potential fan noise.
TIA

Please advise me I haven't bought a new PC in over 10 years I don't know what's up to date or good anymore. Our current desktop isn't capable of upgrading to windows 11, it's really slow and we've decided to buy a new comp for our small business / family use.
Budget is $1300 or less
HDMI port is great, I'm visually disabled and need a larger sized monitor.
I've bought from tigerdirect and Newegg, I believe TD isn't around anymore but idk where else is a good place to buy from these days.
I don't have time for gaming anymore but being capable of low end gaming for the kids is a plus but not a must.
I've been looking for days and I'm a bit lost.
Advice on specific options or links is greatly appreciated, or where to buy or what to look for. Any help is appreciated.

Looking for some guidance. Coming from console, want to get a pc to be able to play with my brothers. I would play games like r6, WARDOGS, maybe cod/battlefied/escape from tarkov. Can anyone help me if this pc is good enough. Would like to have the highest fps possible for r6 and things like that without having to use low settings. Idk much so any guidance and info would be much appreciated. This is from Newegg
