Sorry, first timer. I have difficulty verifying and reading some posts here, I contacted customer service live chat to see if they can do anything.

The final response was "Hello. Currently, Taobao does not offer services in your country/region. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding."

I purchased some orders on taobao and my account got frozen after that.

Would my order still be processed?

Looking for others to join our team, to earn all the coins ready for the 11.11 sale coming soon!

Couldn't see anyone else posting about this, so please let me know if not allowed

i’ve been trying to look at different products on taobao and 9 times out of 10 when i click an item i’ll get a pop up that says “此商品暂不支持向您所在地区出售
为遵守相关的法律法规，我们暂时无法为您提供服务”

i’m not sure why it’s doing this and i don’t know how to fix it. it feels like i’ve tried a million things. the delivery address is set to a cainiao warehouse in guangdong and ill be shipping it to america from there. my account is linked through alipay, im not sure if that is contributing to the problem. does anyone know how to fix this? i want to order some nail supplies but i cant because of this. please help me :’)

My package says this and when messaging the seller it says I need to pay for warehouse shipping which I can’t do on the app. Can you help me out??
