Another Optimus cosplay update. I should have it finished in time for Halloween :D

I know to us Transformers from japan (show, figure, storyline) is a very fun thing to us but do anybody know what is the popularity status of the Transformers brand in japan? Like seriously i'm quite interested

If Hasbro didn't get even more greedy it could have been a perfect ending to trilogy. Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, Shockwave are all dead so it just feels right for decepticons to fall apart completely. Age of extinction and especially last knight were absolutely horrendous.

I really like Pointblank from Transformers Legacy. I'm aware of his flaws but I can look past them, mostly because I got this guy sealed and new at only 9 dollars some time ago lol. I think the elbows joints being so limited is lame, but it doesn't really ruin my experience with the figure. Still, I'd never recommend anyone to get this guy full price lol

Don't have Armada Megs, Starscream or Hot Shot, but seems like these are some of the best figures to play and mess with amd actually worth the price.

What everyone think?

....amd Armada Wheeljack(flings toy accross a table)

These guys are bringing me so much joy

I know that this was originally an animation error in the original G1 series, but does anyone else actually think that Optimus kinda looks interesting with a type of "angled cab" in a way?? That's just what I think, though. :)

Been wondering if I should get these combiners and would love to know what are yalls thoughts on them. Any common QC issues, what do you like/dislike about them etc. And is it more worth it to wait for hasbro to make a new predaking in maybe 2028/2029? Or does the POTP one still hold up?

The series that introduced me to and revived the Transformers franchise

Got the minicons

transformers not from Cybertron

Primus as a transformer

Two person combiners

and more

(Art: Cheesy_Cryptid. Purely for aesthetic purposes, doesn't perfectly match my concept.)

I imagine Cybertronians being rather alien, however, I don't particularly enjoy the Bayverse route. So, I am writing about my idea here!

(From this point forward, I will be writing specifically about my idea, which is why there are absolutes.)

For a beginning example, their speech, even translated to English, doesn't sound entirely human. It is incredibly strange and disjointed because it is from an internal translator and is NOTHING like how they naturally communicate.

Most of them do not have cockpits, and those that do are entirely metal and a form of living glass. They do not have leather and such like the inside of an actual car.

Their alt-modes do not match the size of respective Earth vehicles. If Optimus, for example, scans a truck on Earth, it will be a massive version of that truck, made of different materials.

Their biology is also entirely inhuman, and they only look humanoid on a surface level. Their mouths, for example, are incredibly strange and superheated. They only look human from the outside.

Energon varies in consistency, and it re-crystalizes over time when exposed. It grows, almost like a crystal fungus, and constantly vibrates.

They do not solely transform into their alt-modes. Their biology and structures shift constantly, to a limited extent, of course.

Cybertronians additionally have different proportions to humans, with rather short torsos, and long limbs.

Finally, for now, they possess a form of "landing gear" and pseudo-fingers on the bottoms and sides of their pedes, for grip and balance.

My first masterpiece transformers figures

This is such a beautiful figure rest in peace Peter Cullen you may be gone but you will never be forgotten rest well my friend

After almost 20 years, it makes me happy Dr Wu made a Frenzy that not only poses good but also has a fun transformation.

It makes me sad Hasbro hasn't made one right before they cancelled their core classes. But I'm glad that Dr Wu stepped in to fill that gap.

I know that I'm probably overthinking, but when I used to watch the reruns of the G1 Transformers series when I was younger, I honestly used to think what if the volcano the Autobot ARK crashed into erupted more similar to how Mount St. Helens did in 1980. Honestly, I feel like a powerful eruption similar to Mount St. Helens would probably be REALLY interesting, with a similar landslide uncovering the Autobot ARK in a way too!! That's just what I think, though. :)
