It's SUO election season again, which means every bulletin board, concrete pillar, and blank wall is covered in AI-slop campaign posters. It's so disheartening to see how many campaigners and clubs are comfortable using AI to present themselves to the campus community, especially given the sheer artistic talent and creativity among the student body. This is really just a rant because I'm tired of seeing the same AI generated drivel copy-pasted over and over again all over campus. Please just make things with your own two hands (or Canva, or Google Slides, or literally anything that shows you care).

I graduated from an Ontario Practical Nursing program with an 88% average, graduated with honours, and made the Dean’s List every semester. I’m now working as an LPN in BC.
For current students or graduates:
1. How competitive is admission, and would my academic background be reasonable?
2. How difficult is it to maintain a 90%+ average in the program?
3. Is it manageable to take extra graded electives for future medical school applications?

Sorry for the bad language, but I am totally feeling crushed right now. I thought the English Union Halloween party was next Friday, but turns out I got my dates mixed up and it was tonight. I missed it.

I’m from England, and we barely recognize Halloween over there. This was going to be the first time in my 44 years (I’m old, I know) that I was going to dress up and go out. I’ve been putting my costume together since the summer time. This was the event of the year that I have been most excited about.

And fuck if my ADD didn’t fuck me over again.

I lost my pencil case yesterday and didn’t realize it was gone till this afternoon :( it’s the character kumamon and it’s like a plush almost.
