Edit: to be clear, the issue is they updated the AM icon in iOS 27.2 but didn’t apply the same white design to the Classical app, causing a design inconsistency between both AM apps.

I've been working on MusicDeck, an iOS app that brings a different visual experience to Apple Music.

The main idea is simple: I wanted lyrics to be more than just scrolling text.

MusicDeck currently has 9 lyric styles, from clean, minimal layouts to more experimental effects like gravity, depth, and collage.

I'd love to hear what you think about the lyric styles, and which ones you'd actually use while listening to music!

Since May, I have received no milestone—why? Perhaps I am doing something wrong, as I use the service daily and listen to music excessively; I used to play the same tracks every time. Could this new song or number be the cause? Regarding the artists, how can I listen to 500 of them? Is that even beneficial?

Which is the best album that is not currently available on Apple Music?

I’m curious to discover hidden gems or iconic records that, for some reason, haven’t made it to the platform yet. It would be especially interesting to learn about albums considered masterpieces by fans or critics, which are still missing from streaming services, making them rare treasures for music enthusiasts.

Ok so based on my observation, the yellow stars apply to categorical items like artists, playlists etc and the grey stars are only for liked tracks ?

I'm so mesmerized by how Apple Music looks on the iPhone Duo, such a beautiful experience.

I hate the fact that they’re not clearly labeled and I don’t know what to do other than just asking to suggest them less.

I listen to tech house which is where a lot of the AI songs are.

Ever since iOS27 the Apple Music does not consistently display the bitrate of lossless tracks. The lossless badge appears but no bitrate is shown when clicking on it.

Is everyone else experiencing this? Why haven’t they fixed it?

Where's the original album cover? Why is it showing the compilation albums as the most popular source of the song? Very confused :/ (also please don't judge what I've been listening to lately haha)

After losing this feature YEARS ago due to nothing more than sloppy Apple behavior, CarPlay AM now displays tracks in the same sort order as your iPhone.

So, I've been working on yourLyrics, my own Apple Music-inspired lyrics app built with Electron

Post iOS 27 I have experienced that they have downgraded the automix to lossless audio and also changed the mixing thing as well, I was wondering if they improved something in 27.2?
I would like to know your thoughts on this….

So i was filling the sheer id for getting student discount on apple music i accidentally put the wrong college name and it has blocked me from putting it again it is showing me Unable to Verify

I tried reaching out to them by email but its been 2 weeks i havent got any response what should I do??

I think the old one is better than the one now, for some reason I love the red one, it’s the one that means kolot or old-fashioned, it’s just that the algorithm is still not perfect for me, it’s just a change in appearance, it’s quite normal, what do you think?

Ymusic is working again

Recently bought a new phone, and I signed into AM without transferring everything over. The music sounded so much better and you can just feel And hear everything. Hear every adlib, etc. Once everything transferred over, the settings went back to how AM initially sounded on my old phone. I was wondering does anyone know how I can reset back to default settings? Maybe I’m missing something

Not sure if anyone else knows this problem. But back in maybe iOS 18, the order of the unselected playlists in the shared playlists page used to coincide with the order that you would have on your Playlists page. Whether it was by title or last updated, they would match. Now, they’re in a random order and we are unable to shift them or order them in any way. I just wish Apple was more disciplined about this minor feature.

It’s nearly 7pm in Hong Kong, which is where I’m at; so in Seoul it’s nearly 8pm. The EP came out 6pm KST but it’s still not showing on ILLIT’s Apple Music page??!!! I was sooo looking forward to the EP so I’m very confused and annoyed. Is this happening to anyone else??

Also, I’m pretty sure this has happened with other new releases on Apple Music before. Very disappointed tbh
