Something with a practical payoff rather than a long list of equipment or subscriptions. What would a complete beginner actually do in those first ten minutes?

How do you deal with stress? Run away or stay and battle through it?
I was actually having a good day and then something happened and I thought Noo, things were settling.
I did the other responsible things, took a deep breath, faced obstacles but then lightning struck.. And now it should be okay...
But for a while, oof, panicking...

How have you used NAC while gradually cutting back on weed, and what was your experience with cravings and quitting?
I’m wondering if I can take NAC in the morning/day time and then limit my smoking to only at night, will the NAC still be effective?

How do you become better at texting?
I just feel like I’m so boring while texting people. I do better when someone knows me in real life but when it’s online I just can’t get anything going

Anyone have experience with NAC and quitting smoking weed?
So, I’m 24, I’ve been smoking pretty heavy since COVID. I’ve always taken 1-2 month long breaks per year. I graduate in December from college and will become a Financial Advisor in January. So I have to quit in a couple months anyways.
My apartment complex issued warnings yesterday about smoking near your apartment, they basically said to go smoke in the designated smoking area.
So I honestly just threw everything away and said I’d just quit. I regret it a lot. I want to smoke. lol.
I did start taking NAC (it’s supposed to help with cravings) and it actually works. I didn’t crave it at all until I got home from work and now I really want to smoke.
So my question is, if I take NAC during the day and then smoke at night to lean myself off before I have to quit in 2 months, would NAC work or would it be useless?
Im sorta bad at explaining things but I’m looking for other people’s experience on taking NAC and quitting weed.

What makes a tutorial actually easy to follow when you are a complete beginner?
Some explain every click but never explain why, while others skip steps they assume everyone knows. What is one thing a good tutorial does that makes you stick with it?

Gum stuck in throat
I know this may sound crazy. But last night I was up late and I passed out chewing gum. I woke up in the middle of the night choking but I swallowed it and since then it feels like something’s stuck. Like a little ball of it. And I can feel it every time I swallow.I know I’m over reacting but at the same time I tried everything like bread, water anything. I’m still breathing okay and can talk. But I overthink all the time and get paranoid. I just don’t know what to do at this point.

What everyday item did you replace, only to realise the older version worked better?
It could be a kitchen tool, an app, a piece of clothing or something else you use regularly. What made the older one better, and did you end up going back to it?

What are your personal weight loss do's and don'ts?
I feel like I've always been watching my figure, so not an expert but I have a lot of experience with it.
I'm also a former yo-yo gain/loss stones/pounds person but now it's slow consistent loss for the last few years.
Do's..
Do what works for you, not what everyone says you should. We are all different. What works for you, may not for me.
Do listen to your body. Over time I listened to what it really wanted, not what I thought it wanted, aka not really hungry.
Do measure yourself and/or not just weigh yourself, that is more telling sometimes.
Do drink enough, sometimes it's not your appetite, it's your thirst.
Don'ts..
Don't starve yourself, when you're hungry. I've tried, weight loss is temporary. You want long term not short term results.
Don't compare yourself to others, be realistic. You can still eat healthy and non healthy foods and lose weight because that's what I do and have done.
Don't beat yourself up, if you overdo it, are stressed or don't have time. Pick yourself up and do better next time.
What works or worked for you? I still have 1/2 stones, not to be skinny or slim, just to take care of my body better.
I drink mainly water at home. The only red meat I eat is beef, I went off the rest. I don't have breakfast, not hungry first thing.
I snack a lot. I don't eat after 8pm typically because I don't feel any pangs. I've eaten enough during the day. 2x meals works for me.
And I love not going to sleep feeling bloated and uncomfy.
Lastly, sorry this is so long to read. I worked hard on my self esteem because I didn't feel good about myself not matter what size I was.
