small businesses beware of AI gifts from large financial institutions
Today, Goldman Sachs announced an initiative to help small businesses get more AI into their systems, claiming it would make them more competitive, save money, etc. This is a scam. All attempting to do is to spread the pain that Shirley coming when the bubble burst on AI to a bunch of other people it’s not dissembler to win. Goldman Sachs was a champion to get lots of 401(k) people in the more difficult and more risky adventures like credit default swaps, etc.. remember these large financial institutions never act in a way to benefit you it to benefit themselves telling you stay away from AI unless you control AI from beginning to end, which is a small business you will not and it’s just a way to siphon muddy off from you remember these large financial institutions never act in a way to benefit you it to benefit themselves telling you stay away from AI unless you control AI from beginning to end, which is a small business you will not and it’s just a way to siphon muddy off from you.

For people without a business background how did you learn to read proformas/ do financial modeling?
So, I don’t have a business background but my internship is in a corporate job and part of said job is reading/manipulating proformas. Obviously, I have a basic understanding and background of what it is and how to read them but I want to have a better understanding of the concept. Is there any free courses I could use?

Thinking of starting a new business
Hello - I am thinking of starting a new clothing business and have been quoted 27 pounds per item for Jeans and 11 pounds per item for tshirts. I have asked many manufacturers and this is the lowest deal I have gotten. How would you start this business? I only have about 4k to spend.

Advice looking to buy equipment seller owes money to bank
Hey guys I’m looking to buy a piece of equipment with attachement around 25k but the issue is the machine isn’t owned by him yet. It’s financed under Wells Fargo showed me the statement and is under the company LLC.
First the machine was a low price and basically new only 50 hours on it so I had to check it out. He said he is retiring. But anyways. I did the full verification check he owned the machine since new it’s on his fbbuisness page.
1) Issue is how do I make this clean to avoid complications and be able to get proof of purchase from the bank or a release lien once paid in full. The only thing Wells Fargo told me is I’m able to get a receipt the release takes a couple days to arrive.
2) besides a release from from myself and a bill of sale what else can I do to protect myself as these machines don’t have a title.
3) I called bobcat and they said it’s not stolen or issues with it as they verified vin number.
4) I was hoping Wells Fargo can be able to take cash payment to pay the loan off but since it was from a 3rd party institution “Wells Fargo fincial” it has to be a wire.
Thoughts? Also any advice would be appreciated.

Did your raise keep up this year?
This year was horrible for me…. Everything went up and my check stays the same… At the same time, the Feds give billions to ICE.
Give us that Money instead.
