Like title says, really wanting to come back and start playing again because I love the game but haven't played since TFS. The game scratches an itch nothing else does. I was going to wait until the OG campaigns came back (hopefully with Legendary difficulty). Just have so much stuff in my vault everything looks a little different and im not sure what to keep or get new roles on for 5 tier or what to even start first. If any of yall have insight or if I should just throw all my harder to get exotics in the vault and then start fresh when unvaulting happens?

Recently returned to the game and I’m currently putting together a well of radiance build. Using Prometheus lens with elemental supercharger to constantly farm supers. Current gear is specced into weapons and super for well duration. Not exactly sure what set would work best with what I’m running. I was thinking maybe the techeun set from shattered throne could work well to round off the build

So recently my friend group has decided to play Destiny, and I am completely lost as to what exactly to do. I haven’t played in about 5 years, so I am really out of the loop. Is all my old gear worthless? Should I just make a new character? I am just really confused, so any guidance or help would very much be appreciated!!

The void titan is my baby. I've been a bubble boy since D1 release. I want to start doing higher level content like raids and dungeons, mainly because Refusal of the Call is only farmable in the Pit.

Is it possible to solo raids/dungeons using a void bubble titan build? Or does DPS become too much of an issue? I have no trouble in GMs when they have auto matchmaking, so I'm hoping this build translates to solo endgame PvE, so I can farm my my favorite glaive, Refusal of the Call.

This build has generated almost perpetual overshield with kickstart and orb generation. Super bubble, and Stryker's Hand provides incredible DPS for bosses and amazing ad clear with Volatile Flow and Supernova. Choir of One fills in all the gaps for range and consistent DPS, assuming there are enough red bars to fill the ammo meter for the Hand and Choir.

Cons:

- Lack of enemies results in significant decrease in playability.

- Ammo Generation issues for boss fights

I'm looking for helpful critics and suggestions. I am not in a clan and have no intention of joining one unless the stars align (I feel comfortable and you're super casual about regular participation).

I’m hearing a lot about double special, what are the main weapons people use for this?

I’ve been hearing there’s a bis shoot to loot rocket sidearm you can’t get anymore that really sucks to miss. Is there anything I could do about that or just go for the next best.

What double special should I run for solar warlock? I have a dawns chorus build and a boots of the assembler build. The only thing I can think of is acasia's dejection. That'll be a bit annoying to get though. As far as kinetic slot goes, I've been running perfect paradox and liking that so far.

I have an exotic cipher and engram so any on exotic is available, I’m decently leveled with every class and am looking for a fun build I can use, I’ve been using crown of tempests for quite a while.

Upon my first ever completion of the Sundered Doctrine Dungeon with another player (Duo), I got two exotic drops in the feed, both of which were the Finality's Auger.

Is this a rare occurrence or some weird glitch?

I'm stuck on step 25/34 of Beyond Light. The quest marker appears at the Ziggurat, but none of the Stasis Seals spawn.

I've restarted, checked for conflicting quests, and completed Beyond Light on my Titan without issues.

Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?

An example would be merging all duplicate weapons into one weapon with one single icon from the dlc they first came out in. Old badges and titles being accessible, same with triumphs and titles. Lmk what you guys think of this bc personally it’s bugged me there’s like 5 versions of some same gun.

ive recently returned to the game and only about 2-3 weeks ago does my framerate drop to 10-20 for anywhere from 1-15 seconds and then immediately back up to 100-144, i have all possible overlays disabled, when i close everything else running on my pc it still happens and d2 is the only game this happens. it will happen when theres nothing going on (was happening last night while running around post duo ron nez kill) this is so unbelievably annoying for higher end pve. has anyone had this issue or a similar one and if so how did you fix it, thanks.

EDIT: after doing a DDU and putting my game to windowed mode (not sure which one actually fixed it as i did them at the same time) seems to have fixed this issue. i would suggest starting there if you are in the same boat as me with steamfix not working

Title basically. Can't find an answer to this. Iron banner matches are all over the place this past week.

How/where can I get a fireteam to do a clan challenge when I'm not in a clan?

Seems like you could easily get three people (for example for a dungeon) and form a temp clan to complete the triumph to get the title.

BUT the fireteam finder does not have any consideration for this, and all of these reddits seem to prohibit making posts soliciting this.

SO I'm not soliciting this. I'm just wondering how/where I can.

I'd assume you get the shaders from Ada and maybe focused bright engrames.

Coming back to destiny with a few friends since the announcement. Been having an absolute blast mostly in dungeons, gm alerts, and some comp. But something I’ve been struggling with in iron banner this week is just particle effects and visibility. Maybe I’m just getting old, terrifying, but I don’t feel like it’s a huge problem for me in most content. But this week in iron banner I feel like I can barely see what’s in front of me with all the stasis and strand on screen. Basically just wondering if there’s some secret graphics settings etc that might help or some way yall are dealing with it! This is not a complaint post, just asking for some advice coming back to the game :)
