What do you think is the reason more people don’t switch to Linux?

My own linux distro
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Tiling and scrolling compositor on Archlinux => lululinux
You can go to your window by navigating to left and right to go to the selected window or you can switch to overview mode You can add/remove a window on a scratchpad and open that window to work on.
Mod key + D ==> fuzzel
Mod key + T ==> Terminal (Alacritty default)
Mod key
You can try it on Live ISO. No installation needed
Select the first option on Selinux and it will boot straight to the window.

Love Cachy OS but hate most of the bloat. What do?
I've been using CachyOS across most of my machines for a while now. I've been on Linux on and off for years, and Cachy is one of the few distros that tends to just work for me. It's a little more opinionated than I'd normally prefer, but overall I've been happy with it.
The biggest things keeping me on the Arch side of things are the AUR and some of the quality-of-life features Cachy includes. I know a lot of that stuff can be added to other distros, but it's nice having it all there out of the box.
I'm not afraid of the CLI. I work in IT and I'm comfortable troubleshooting Linux when I need to. The thing is, I don't really want to spend a weekend installing vanilla Arch and hunting down issues anymore. Between work and family, when I sit down at my computer I mostly just want to game, browse, or get something done.
For software, I use the AUR for almost everything. Occasionally I have to build something myself or fall back to a Flatpak if that's the only reasonably up-to-date option. I'm not a huge Flatpak fan, but sometimes it's the easiest answer.
So I'm curious: is there another Arch-based distro I should seriously consider, or should I just stick with CachyOS?
I've looked at EndeavourOS a bit, but haven't spent enough time with it to form a strong opinion. Again, I don't mind using the terminal, I just want something reliable that doesn't require constant tinkering.
For hardware, my main system is a mid-range gaming PC with an RX 6800, AMD CPU, and 32 GB of DDR5. I also have a Lenovo Yoga with an 11th-gen i5 and an older XPS 15. Ironically, Windows still works better on the XPS because of the weird combination of a 4K display, integrated graphics, and NVIDIA dGPU. Linux has always been a little rough there, especially with graphics switching and Wayland performance.
In the past I've also appreciated more beginner-friendly distros like Pop!_OS, Zorin, and pretty much anything Fedora-based. Pop!_OS was probably my favorite non-Arch distro. I know a lot of that comes down to the desktop environment and default configuration, but it was stable, easy to live with, and generally stayed out of my way.
At this point I think I've realized that I like Arch's package ecosystem more than I like distro-hopping. I'm just trying to figure out whether CachyOS is already the sweet spot for someone who wants Arch without turning Linux into a hobby.

Distrohopped again. Maybe, just maybe for the final time. I am pulling whats left of my hair out of my bald head.
So confused, even the wiki is confusing me! 😭😭😭 I'm only a few months in to my linux journey and wanted to give it a try so here I am, fluffing up my main rig. Wish me luck.
EDIT: I Gave up. I was feeling confident. Got everything set up, and installed (or so I thought) exited chroot feeling happy with myself, only for my pc to boot back into windows so I restarted and F12'd it. No Arch. God knows what i didn't do, I installed grub but I must have missed something somewhere so I'm just going to leave it until I get my confidence back. 🙄😭🤣

Remember when editing any of your files, always make a back up first so you can revert with TTY

I'm new to Linux distro hopping and need advice
16 days ago, I switched to Linux and chose Mint Cinnamon. So far, I've been enjoying the experience, but I want to switch to either CachyOS or Bazzite. I'm just not sure if what I think is correct is what you actually do. From my understanding, what you do is something like this: Copy the home directory in files app, and put it into GitHub/GitLab, or put it onto a flash drive or hard drive. (If I am doing everything correct so far, I'll do the flash drive cause I'm a noob) After this, I can save passwords using a manager like KeePassXC. Next, I'm pretty sure you can get a new flash drive and burn the .iso onto it using a tool like MintStick, then shut down the computer, use the boot key and choose to download the new distro or just live session then do it. I'm switching to Cachy or Bazzite cause I'm mostly just a gamer and want a distro tuned for it. If there's anything else important that I missed, please tell or just give advice. Anyways thanks for listening to me yapping about this for a few minutes.

Switching back to mint!
I've tried a lot and I do mean A LOT of linux distros and I started with mint then it went like this
Mint > Manjaro > Ubuntu > Fedora > Ubuntu > PikaOS > Nobara > CachyOS > Kubuntu > Arch Linux > Void Linux > Arch Linux > CachyOS > NixOS > openSUSE leap > Gentoo > openSUSE Tumbleweed
And now Im back to where I started, it's not like I wanna rewind the cycle I just wanna stay on something that actually works instead of sitting there compiling Gentoo at 3 in the morning and configuring dwm right after before even installing a web browser. But don't blame me if you see me tomorrow posting on r/unixporn my sick new minimal dwm rice on LFS
