Media The comeback of both Yan and Volk have been incredible
After volk back to back Ko losses I genuinely thought he’d retire but when the Diego lopes fight was announced I thought it was a huge risk and I thought Volk would pull it off and he did.
I know for a fact a lot of people counted out Yan when the rematch with was announced merab but I genuinely thought he could pull it off and he did. Watching Petr Yan is like watching the Mona Lisa get painted. A true Artist.

Media Volkanovski’s coach doesn't think Jean Silva's earned a title shot: "There’s a lot of guys in front of him that have done a lot better, like Aljo... Look, he’s a powerful dude and that’s all he’s got. Watching Diego maul him on the ground, if Alex got him on the ground, it's over."

Bisping criticizes Makhachev: “He’s a fighter’s fighter [on Volk]. He steps up. He stays busy. He’s not one of these guys doing an Islam, we’ll get to that later in the show, fighting once a year and then picking and choosing who he fights and letting contenders face one another"
FULL QUOTE: “Because Volk is Volk. He is, without a doubt, a certified legend whilst he’s still competing. I think it was DC saying normally ‘legend’ is used for when you retire and you get older. You know, the man’s a goddamn legend. He’s unbelievable” Bisping noted.
“He’s a fighter’s fighter. He steps up. He stays busy” Bisping added. He’s not one of these guys doing an Islam, we’ll get to that later in the show, fighting once a year and then picking and choosing who he fights and letting contenders face one another” the former champion added.

Media Alexander Volkanovski is down for an Ilia Topuria rematch before he retires: "That would be great too. If it was going to be for a lightweight title then yeah. To get that win back would be great. I'm a competitor and I'd love to test myself against him."

Media Adesanya: "I saw Pereira saying if he loses to Sergei he's going back down to 205. I don't like that. I don't like that he's putting that out there. What the fuck you mean, 'If I lose?' Why not stay at 205 after that Gane fight? I don't know why he's taking this fight. It doesn't make sense to me."

💩 Tonight imma get real high and watch the most debated UFC main events decisions
Tonight after work I’m planning on hitting the pen and watch some of the most debated decisions in UFC history. I want to watch the full fights and score them myself before looking at the official scorecards or reading what people have said about them over the years.
I’ve only really been watching the UFC since 2022, so there are a lot of older fights and controversial decisions that I’ve never actually seen in their entirety, like GSP Hendricks or Reyes Jones
I’m also open to fights outside the main event if there’s a decision that’s considered one of the worst or most controversial in UFC history.
What are some must-watch fights I should add to the list?
EDIT:
I appreciate everyone’s feedback. I just watched 3 fights for now, started to snooze but I’ll check out more tmr.
Shogun vs. Machida 1
48-47 RUA
Wow yeah a robbery for sure. I gave Machida 2 and 3 but Rua without a doubt started and finished stronger, Machida didn’t do enough in his moments, the body work and pressure of Rua didn’t get it done? I would’ve been pissed.
GSP vs Hendricks
48-47 Johnny
I don’t understand how 2/3 judges gave GSP that first, his striking wasn’t as impactful at all go look at Johnnys knees and elbows man
Jones vs Reyes
48-47 Reyes
Reyes definitely slowed down but I gave him the first 3. His defense and not to mention he was hitting Jones CLEAN, making him retreat, the headkick in round 3, terrible decision.

Aljamain Sterling: “Damage should score. But what happened to all the other damage? It was a great fight, a coin flip of a round for round 3. I would have liked to see it go 10–10, but that’s never going to happen. And then it ends in a draw. Of course, Petr Yan ended the fight strong. Kudos to him”
