Still not over Marvel casually revealing that Loki was D.B. Cooper all along.

What a fitting twist! š Turning a famous unsolved mystery into another Loki adventure was absolutely hilarious and perfectly in character for the God of Mischief.
For context, D.B. Cooper was a real-life hijacker who stole a massive ransom and jumped out of a plane in 1971, never to be found. The show brilliantly revealed that he was actually Loki, showing that losing a bet to Thor was the reason he pulled off the heist.

Andrew Garfield and Zendaya had instant comedic timing from their very first second on screen together. Still one of the best character reveals Marvel has ever done.

Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing in the TV series Iron Fist. (2017ā2018)
Can we just appreciate how Jessica Henwick carried Iron Fist on her back? Her performance as Colleen Wing was easily the best part of the show, and the fact that she did almost all of her own stunts just makes it cooler.

Out of all the Avengers, Loki transforms into Captain America.

One of the best cameos in the entire Infinity Saga happened purely because two movie sets were walking distance apart.
While Thor: The Dark World (2013) was filming additional scenes, Chris Evans was nearby shooting Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014). According to Kevin Feige, Evans wrapped his scenes, took off his new stealth suit, threw on his old 2012 Avengers costume, and walked over to shoot the hilarious scene where Loki morphs into Steve Rogers.

I'm honestly happy and glad that were getting Doomsday because it's sounds more interesting and more complex than Kang Dynasty is.
Because Doomsday is better overall, story, characters, history, and filmmaking crew and cast too. Kang Dynasty is flat, boring, and the cast wouldn't be interesting or epic, and Doom is way better character overall than Kang is. I'm happy and glad we're getting the real part 1 to Secret Wars.

My Marvel Journey - The Blade Trilogy
To fully prepare for Avengers Doomsday, I decided to watch (roughly) every Marvel movie in release order. Starting with Blade all the way to VisionQuest. Iāll try to update these daily, but no promises since my job makes watching movies on a consistent schedule difficult.
Iād like to personally share my thoughts on each film I watch and my overall opinions on each series, as Iām seeing most of these for the first time.
Blade (1998) - 8/10 A very solid monster slayer with incredible action. Snipes does Blade so much well deserved justice that it turned a character I was relatively indifferent towards into one of my favorites. While I do believe itās a little restrained in adapting its source material, itās excusable as one of the first successful superhero films, and works just fine for Blade.
Blade II (2002) - (5/10) A lot of what made the first great is still there, but the story is very subpar. It seeks to add on to the world and culture of vampires, yet it just creates a mess that almost contradicts what was established in the first one. While Blade himself is still great, the complete lack of even a mention of Karen, Whistler somehow being alive and missing, introducing Scud just to force a betrayal and kill him off in the same scene, and Nomak and Damaskinos hardly even being characters, all almost make me feel that the writers struggle with any character other than Blade himself. And at the end of the day, even though Blade actually managed to for a friendship with a vampire, she still dies and the movie ends with the only development being that Whistler is back.
Blade: Trinity 2004 - (7/10) Quite better than the second but not as good as the first. The film starts with the interesting question of how the public views the potential existence of vampires and Bladeās hunt for them⦠and quickly throws it out the window by making his captors familiars. Itās not the worst thing, but I still found it disappointing. Whistler dying so early on felt like a slap in the face towards all of II, and all I had to say was āIs he actually dead this time?ā That being said, I do appreciate the usage of Dracula, even if he was poorly implemented. The new side characters were also quite entertaining, I quite enjoyed the comedic scenes from King, even if they are a little jarring compared to the prequels. The ending, however, seemed rather unfinished, as if there wasnāt enough time or money left for filming, so they just had Reynolds narrate it instead. Despite its flaws, though, itās still an enjoyable movie and a satisfying end to Bladeās character.
Overall, the Blade trilogy is a great action thriller series, albeit a little lacking in the superhero department. Yet it still made me deeply enjoy a character I previously knew little about, and at the end of the day, what matters is fun, and these movies are all very fun.

Doomsday prep
What a weird but still accurate title.
I was a voracious MCU fan up until the Hawkeye series. After that I kind of lost interest. I saw Thunderbolts in the theater but I think that was my last interaction with the franchise.
What should I watch before Doomsday comes out? I know for sure that I need to see the second season of Loki, the latest Spiderman movie, and the Fantastic Four movie. But will VisionQuest have any links to Doomsday? Agatha All Along? I didnāt even watch the Ms. Marvel series.
What do you all recommend based on the teasers and trailers released so far?
