Bought a Herman Miller Mirra 1 chair for 160 euros, was it worth it?
Was listed for 160 euros here in EU. I'm assuming it's fully loaded since everything's adjustable:

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a new ergonomic chair for working and gaming, and I’d really appreciate recommendations from people who have actually used their chairs for a while.
My biggest priority is being comfortable sitting cross-legged. I naturally sit with my legs crossed on the seat or with one leg tucked underneath me, and I frequently change positions throughout the day. I know that sitting with both feet on the floor is generally recommended for ergonomics, but I don’t always sit that way, so I want a chair that accommodates my natural sitting habits without becoming uncomfortable.
I’m trying to find a good balance between cross-legged comfort, proper back support, and overall build quality.
A bit about me:
Height: 186 cm (6’1”)
Weight: 90 kg (198 lbs)
Daily use: around 4–6 hours
Budget: €500–800
Location: Poland / Europe
The chairs I’m currently considering:
Fractal Design Refine 2
Secretlab TITAN Evo, potentially with the Atlas headrest
Haworth Zody
However, I’m absolutely open to other suggestions! These are just the models I’ve come across so far, and I don’t want to limit myself to them if there’s a better option for sitting cross-legged within my budget.
My main questions:
Which ergonomic chair is genuinely the most comfortable for sitting cross-legged? I’d especially love to hear from people who regularly sit this way for hours.
How much usable seat space do these chairs offer when sitting cross-legged? Are there any hard edges, raised sides, or firm areas that press against your legs?
Between the Fractal Design Refine 2, Secretlab TITAN Evo, and Haworth Zody, which would you choose specifically for cross-legged sitting, and why?
Does the Secretlab TITAN Evo actually work well for this sitting style, or do the seat’s shape and firmness become uncomfortable over time?
How does the Haworth Zody perform when sitting cross-legged? Is the seat comfortable enough, or is it better suited to conventional sitting positions?
Are there any other chairs in the €500–800 range that I should seriously consider? I’m particularly interested in models with a relatively spacious, comfortable seat that allows freedom of movement.
For anyone around 186 cm (6’1”) and 90 kg (198 lbs), how well does your chair fit? Any issues with seat depth, lumbar support, or comfort when changing positions?
I’m not necessarily looking for a gaming chair or a chair with the most features. I care much more about real-world comfort when sitting cross-legged, freedom to change positions, and decent ergonomics than marketing claims.
I’d especially appreciate feedback from people who have owned their chairs for several months or years, rather than people who have only tried them briefly in a showroom.
If you have a different chair that works exceptionally well for sitting cross-legged, please recommend it even if it’s not on my list!
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Basically title.
I tried the embody, I always felt like even with a foot rest the hard front edge was cutting into my thighs. No matter where I put the seat depth I got no solace. I don’t know what to do and feel pretty sad after shelling out on the expensive chair. I love the back support but the cutting into my legs over the past year surely isn’t good for me.
I have tried foot rest, seat depth, lean, I have no idea.
I’m 5’5 145, is there any chair out there for me? I was thinking one with a padded front edge.
No height works, but when I sit on a dining table chair I’m fine, no circulation issue. I’m considering talking to a doctor just to be safe but I don’t think it’s the issue considering other chairs are fine

Hi! I recently bought a used LeapV2 from Madison Seating. I REALLY wanted to love this chair, but it's pretty painful. I've been sitting on it for a little over a week now. My budget is 1k USD.
I am 5'10" and 180lbs male, so I figure the seat should fit me.
Issues:
Admittedly, my posture is bad. I lean forward toward my monitor instead of resting against the backrest. I also slouch, causing my lower back to sink into the gap between the seat and backrest. Am working to fight these bad habits.
I'm considering a few things:
For reference, here's the chair I used before the leap v2 and was comfortable. It has has an after-market cushion and after-market lumbar pillow.

Appreciate any guidance, thanks!!

I have a birthday coming up soon and want to buy an office chair, he sits for around 8 hours a day and doesn’t want a leather chair, the budget is around 300-400 USD and i have no idea what makes a good chair or a bad chair

I don't want to risk buying and building a chair from online only to find out that it doesn't work for me. What are the best stores to try them out? Also, any experience with Tempurpedic?

Hello everyone,
To start off, I have some mild upper back/under the shoulder pain that I usually find gets worse with chairs, for example, the lecture hall ones. I recently bought a Flexispot Ergo X lite, but I find that the lumbar support is too aggressive and hurts my upper back even more.
I am aware that a chair will not fix or even solve my problem in comparison to exercise and movement, but I do sit down a decent bit when Im working, so I'd like something that compliments what I need.
Ideally something 300 EUR and under is what im looking for, but I am also open to hearing what people think about more expensive models and also open and seeking to find refurbished/used options. Unfortunately, atleast in my area, there arent that many used options, but one that I have found was a Steelcase Reply Air for around 190 EUR. Would this be a solid option?
Thanks for reading and replying

Just as the title says, I suffer from herniated discs in both areas and need a new chair ASAP. I've been looking at the following chairs and was wondering if someone with chronic pain in those areas can give their opinion. I'm 6 feet, 200 pound, 40 year old who uses their chair 6-8 hours a day.
I've been looking at the following chairs
-Steelcase Leap V2
-Steelcase Gesture with headrest
-Herman Miller Embody (I've been leaning towards this chair)
-Herman Miller Aeron
-Haworth Fern
If anyone that deals with chronic neck and back pain could give me their 2 cents I'd appreciate it. Cheers.

Hello, I am still on the hunt for a wfh chair for someone with a shorter torso (170 cm, 165 lbs). I tried the Colamy Atlas, but the arms were too wide apart. With the Libernovo Omni SE, the arms did not go low enough because of my short torso, which caused really bad shoulder pain; also, the back was very narrow and dug into my shoulder blades. With the Steelcase Leap V2 from BTOD, the lumbar curve did not sit well for me.
Any suggestions for a chair where the arms go narrow and low, but the back is not as narrow as the Omni SE?
I am looking into the Fractal Refine 2 and the Haworth Soji next, but honestly, the assembly, trial, and disassembly are getting to me.
I would be happy to hear more suggestions under $800.
