For those of you working night shifts, what fitness or sleep tracker do you recommend?
Iām looking for something that accurately tracks sleep during the day, recovery, heart rate, and overall fitness, even with an irregular sleep schedule.
I've been looking at my TV and movie watching history, and one of the more interesting patterns is how much my viewing preferences have shifted geographically.
In 2024, most of what I watched was American or British. Western titles accounted for 80% of my viewing in Q3 2024.
By 2025, Korean dramas had become a much bigger part of what I watched. Japanese shows also started gaining ground in 2026, particularly in Q2 and Q3.
Now, in Q4 2026, Korean titles make up 59% of what I've watched, Japanese titles another 20%, and Western titles have completely disappeared from the mix.
I grouped everything by country of origin and calculated the percentage of titles watched each quarter. The chart measures the number of titles, not total hours watched, and skips quarters without viewing activity. The "Other" category includes mostly Thai, Indonesian, and Chinese dramas, along with occasional films and documentaries.
What I find interesting is that this wasn't a deliberate decision to stop watching Western content. My preferences just gradually shifted, and I probably wouldn't have noticed how dramatic the change was without looking at the data.
Curious if anyone else tracks their entertainment consumption over time.
