I thought it was an absolutely phenomenal game that isnβt discussed nearly enough. Absolutely awesome! What are your thoughts?

Was it a bug in the code or was it intentional programming? I left James Cameron a message asking this but he never got back to me...
Ps. I think this is critical to our survival

Just thought I'd share some artwork I did a couple months back. It was a drawing I had envisioned doing for a while, but was waiting until I thought I could hopefully pull it off. I've only been drawing a year as a beginner, but pretty happy with the results on it!

Would we get killer Roombas instead of killer tanks and planes?

In the films, Skynet becomes self-aware and decides to strike. My take is about what comes before that moment.
Many of today's AI mistakes may come from one habit: the AI treats something as settled without checking it, with no intent behind it. When AI agents pass work to each other, one agent's unchecked step can become the next one's starting point, and the mistakes can spread.
If an AI ever did become self-aware, like Skynet, it might not start from scratch. The habits could already be built in. And when it acted, it could spread the way agent mistakes can spread now: across many connected systems, each one building on the last without checking.
My work doesn't say what would start a Judgment Day. It only describes how something like it could take effect once it began. It's a hypothesis, not proof.
Does that fit how Skynet works in the films, or do the films show it differently?
