I don't know how other people feel but I hate seeing these small businesses/foodtrucks use AI images to show their food. Like it actively turns me away from them. I would rather see a photo they took and printed for their menu than seeing them use AI. I understand its easier for them but it doesn't show what their food is like and shows me they don't care to show it off either. I'm just wondering what other people think of it.

Please no judgement, I am looking to rehome my cat to someone in the area. She is a tortoiseshell, about 3 years old. I’ve been struggling with my health lately and it’s been hard to take care of both. Our other cat is getting older and it would be harder to rehome him and he’s my first baby. With all transparency she can be skiddish, a bit aloof, and shy. But she is really sweet and loves to snuggle when she feels like it. Will sit in your lap and make biscuits, she loves to look outside as well. She gets along with people and other cats. She is spayed and just got updates on her shots. If anyone is interested please let me know. I know this isn’t the best way to do it but it’s hard to find people interested and I don’t want to put her in a shelter.

I do not do special requests, bake sales, and non profits, so don't ask. If you see something posted you want to pick up to give to a charity that would be great.

But do not try to arrange something for me to make things for a specific reason. My anxiety cannot handle it.

Please do not come here and suggest I take a class, or sell baked goods. That is ablist, unsupportive, and upsetting.

I think this would go without saying, but you need to tell me if you cannot make it. After I wait an hour no call no show, I will move onto the next person. If this happens repeatedly I will block you. No exceptions.

Today, I made gingerbread sourdough coffee cake, and peanut butter s'mores bars to give away.

The gingerbread sourdough coffee cake, has molasses, heavy on the cinnamon, ginger, and clove. It also has a brown sugar filling, and some of it melted on top, with a maple syrup glaze.

Then, I have peanut butter s'mores bars. They have Halloween sprinkles on top, big marshmallows that are melted, crushed up graham crackers, a basic peanut butter cookie base, and semi sweet chocolate chips.

I want to make something for adults and then something for kids on the same night.

I have two pans of each, one pan per household.
