I’m considering moving from around Seaway Mall toward Dain City but I’m still quite new to Welland and don’t know anywhere but the area I live in. I was wondering, is Dain city noisy because of the trains out that way? Is it a nice area to live? Any pros/cons you can think of would be appreciated.

I voted at the Wellspring church it looked like a long line but they only have half the church set up so the tables are close to the door. I was standing on the stairs when I arrived and still voted quickly. They have lots of people working.

You need to hold both of them accountable and research their credentials. I’m new to the city but holy moly have I not heard anything good about these two.

Used to be a ‘CEO’ but left that to become an owner of a carpet steam cleaning company, doesn’t seem to understand what municipal politics are and today, said the city of Welland is all just a money laundering scheme.

A few weeks ago we found announcement posters for the 4th Welland witches night market all over Instagram and Facebook. It was supposed to be tonight from 5 - 10 at Club Richelieu on River road. We all went in full witches attire, but there was nothing.

We ran the event through search engines and AI, and every site confirmed tonight from 5 - 10. Nowhere was an announcement that the market had been cancelled or moved to a different location.

Does anyone know what happened?

At first she showed up every few days, now she hasn’t left our porch. She loves cuddles and scratches and I’d like to reunite her with her people. Yes the cat distribution system is real but this isn’t one of those, sadly. She’s hanging out on Green Meadow.

Is it me or has the beer store on thorold road really gone downhill. I dont buy beer very often but when I do I always support the beer store instead of buying it from a corner store. I was there last night, I was the only one in there and im assuming its because you can get beer just about at any store. The smell was horrible and as soon as I walked in I found an ant on the counter which climbed on to me and a lady bug was on top of the beer I bought. Has anyone else noticed this as well? I know that store is small and very outdated but take some pride and keep it clean. Find the source of the smell and get rid of it. Am I wrong for thinking this?
