Not another degree. Not another certification. Not another lecture about “learning AI.”

Corporations are investing billions in AI, automation, and robotics to perform jobs people currently depend on. Meanwhile, Americans are still taking on 30-year mortgages, raising families, and planning retirement around employment that may not be there later.

Every technological shift places the burden on workers: retrain, pivot, or go back to school. We, you,
me cannot endlessly reinvent ourselves to keep up with automation.

This goes beyond office jobs. Manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and countless other industries are affected.

If companies intend to produce more with fewer workers, who will afford those goods and services when millions lose their purchasing power?

We need enforceable protections against AI-related displacement, advance layoff notifications, stronger collective bargaining rights, and meaningful income and healthcare safeguards.

The question isn’t “How do workers adapt to AI?” It’s..What are employers and lawmakers doing to protect workers (you, me, us) BEFORE our jobs disappear?

Healthcare cuts affect ALL of us. When public programs are underfunded, everyone faces longer waits, higher costs, and even worse care. It’s time for pro-worker candidates who will make healthcare accessible and affordable!
