Do you ever feel like you aren't even treated like a human being? I often feel that I am not treated like an equal, or even a human, or an American. Some of this is not due to gender, but there very much is. I am often talked down to because of my presentation (age, voice, attractiveness) and my race. I'm put into a box immediately.

How do i deal with this? real advice plz, not just "ignore it" blah blah.
