After college, my back screams with pain. My college doesn't have good benches to support the upper back, I'm a CS student so I mostly spend my time in front of a screen with a bad posture. My posture might also be the reason for back pain. I'm so done with it.

To go to a gym I need a sports bra, hard to find the exact one which helps me. I have to import it from other countries, the cost jumps insanely. And even after getting it, returning it might be harder.

I'm living on a student budget which is less than the bra prices mentioned on some websites, God knows how I'll manage gym membership and sports bra for my size.

One of my friend told me I have a muscular spasm on my upper back. I need to go to a physiotherapist to confirm it and treat it. Ain't got the money for that. Parents are not very supportive.

hi i’m from india so if possible pls suggest brands that’s available here.. for reference my size is 36D and i can’t find any strapless bra that stays on cuz my 🍒 are heavy and not perky so the bra eventually falls off. i need something that sticks on for the whole day… please help a girl out 😩🙏 links are appreciated :)

Basically I’m going through some final puberty stage and now my size is a 27in waistband (around the stomach), 28in underbust, and a 32 or 33 inch bust

But for some reason I can still fit into a 30G US sizing and that’s the only one I have found that can fit but now that feels a little tight and I’m not sure why because just a few months ago it fit perfectly

This and being 6”0 sucks so badly man I hate these wardrobe issues😭

Anyway yeah I’m confused but maybe I didn’t measure right because I used to believe I had a 35in bust
