The plumbing in my bathroom has been really messed up since Friday morning. It started flooding and there is sewage coming up my shower drain. The toilet had to be removed entirely. It was very unexpected since I’ve never experienced issues with plumbing at this apartment before.

I can’t afford to book a hotel for multiple days, so I’ve been staying with a friend the past few days. He lives two hours away from where I work and is struggling financially himself. I’ve had to spend way more on transportation than I normally do as well as buy myself certain essentials that I couldn’t grab from my bathroom due to the flooding. I am out of money until I get my next paycheck on October 5th.
