Hey yall, im not even sure if this is the right sub to post this in but im currently in the process of trying to move and wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with a landlord named Edward Barnsdale. I saw a lising for 288 Regent Street that he was supposedly renting out but I haven't gotten any information regarding the unit number or lockbox code. My last email that 8 received from him was roughly 4 days ago discussing how he'd get this information to me and since then its been a dead end. My intended move in date was November 1st and from the looks of it I dont think that'll be happening so im trying my luck in seeing if anyone can give me any tips or pointers on how/who this person (Edward) is like and if anyone else has rented from him before.
