My girlfriend has had lifelong issues with her body, including physical and psychological pain. She has also experienced a lot of abuse from those who were supposed to be closest to her. Even with all the issues, she's an amazing person, super kind and helpful, intelligent and just all around good. She has worked as a pharmacist for years, even if she didn't really have the energy to do it. Without the surgery, she will not be able to work anymore, and will end on disability. She wants to participate in society, and help people.

I really hope you have the means to help, even if it's just a little bit. The surgery itself will cost $10k USD, or 103k NOK. It is a gender affirming surgery, srs, vaginoplasty. It will be done at PAI in Thailand as soon as she has the funds.

We’ve recently been going through a really difficult time, and since then, life has been incredibly hard for us, both emotionally and financially. Some days have been a real struĺl⁹pl0l9ggle, and as a mother, one of the hardest things is worrying about being able to give my children the Christmas they deserve. 💔

I have two beautiful little ones, my daughter Kayla, who is 4, and my son Johnny, who is 2. Kayla is autistic, and my son has developmental delays, so they both have their own special needs. Despite everything we’ve been going through, I try my hardest every single day to keep a smile on their faces and make sure they feel loved, safe, and happy.

It breaks my heart knowing that, with our current financial situation, providing the Christmas I’ve always dreamed of giving them may be difficult this year. All I want is to see my babies wake up on Christmas morning with smiles on their faces and experience the magic, joy, and excitement that every child deserves. As a mom, that means absolutely everything to me. 😢❤️

I know there are so many families struggling, and I completely understand that resources are limited. I’ve been reaching out to so many different places, trying everything I can to find help for my children, but unfortunately, most of the programs I’ve contacted are already full. I’m feeling discouraged, but I’m not giving up because I want so badly to make Christmas special for my babies.

I was wondering if there might be any way to apply for assistance through Toys for Tots, or if you could please guide me toward any available resources. **If there is anyone else within your company who might be able to help, make an exception, or point me in the right direction, I would be beyond grateful if you could please pass my message along to them.** I understand that you may not be able to help everyone, and I truly respect that, but I’m holding on to hope that someone might be able to help my family this Christmas.

I’m not someone who finds it easy to ask for help, but sometimes life brings us to a point where we have to put our pride aside for our children.
