How would you roast this?
Hey guys!
I am all new to this and I want to roast these beans for my jura coffee machine.
Everything i've roasted before came out super sour and not delicious at all, too fruity maybe, idk (After roasting waited for 10 days - Espresso). ChatGPT was helping me with temperatures and roasting, but well I really didn't like it, so maybe there is someone here that would give me a tip?

Delta T and fluid bed roasting
For those of you with experience with fluid bed roasters, do you think the necessity for a large early Delta T holds true for this kind of coffee roaster? If so, what do you do to achieve an appropriately large Delta T?
