This October, we want you to redesign three flags which are notoriously easy to confuse with one another. Create redesigns of Poland, Indonesia, and Monaco with the aim of making each one more visually distinctive from the other two.
We approved 62 entries in the following categories:

Framed artwork depicting multiple flags, some of which represent countries which no longer exist, such as Orange Free State, Arabia and Persia. Wondering what year this might have been created?

I've seen some Nordic Poland flags in the past, I didn't like them so I decided to try making one myself

backstory: after deepening ties with Mongolia, a national revival movement claiming that Kazakhs were originally Buddhist gained power. they made Buddhism the state religion, changed the flag and joined the invasion of Ukraine as a separate army to take over a town near Dnipro, where a half of the population was Buddhist.

I wanted to share a few flag designs I made for a hypothetical Slavic nation called Dinaria, inspired by the Dinaric Alps region.
I put together 4 different variants by using the pan-Slavic tricolor, gold borders and a coat of arms featuring the Croatian checkerboard, Bosnian lilies, and the Montenegrin lion.
Two variants have the Croatian checkerboard on the left side, it made more sense for me as it shows the broad geographical location of the countries (Croatia - west, Bosnia - east, Montenegro - south), but I myself like the symmetry by having two majority blue fields parallel to each other (Montenegro - Bosnia).
Moreover, as a fun little detail, the stripes in the coat of arms resemble a mountain - the Dinaric Alps.
What do you think? Which flag do you like the most?

The flag of Colombia in the style of Spain, since the gold covers the majority of the flag, I thought of reversing the color order

At a Brasil demonstration, but I couldn’t tell which side they were demonstrating for. I think it is pro-Lula

Everyday, I will add one detail to a flag with an aspect ratio of 2:1. Whatever the top comment says, I will add! Please don't suggest anything inappropriate, controversial, or offensive.
Starting off with a blank slate:

I got curious about which animals appear on the flags of sovereign states, so I put together this little overview.
I counted animals both as standalone symbols and as part of coats of arms or other emblems. Birds came out on top by a lot, with eagles showing up more than any other animal!
My favourites are Dominica's parrot and the lion on Spain's coat of arms. 🇩🇲🦁

These are the flags from my fictional novel I’m writing about the future—basically each nation is based around alphabet, so I devised them up into (general) alphabets and used the pre-existing flags from those regions to kinda make a collaborative flag of the whole nation!
What do you all think? I’m very open to feedback or suggestions! :)
