400 Mawozo is not the gang lead by the famous police officer turned cannibal Jimmy “Barbacue” Chérizier
400 Mawozo are primary rivals of Chérizier’s Viv Ansanm gang, who control most of the capital Port-au-Prince.
The GSF has received pledges for troop deployment from Kenya, El Salvadore, Bengladesh, Chad, Guetemala, Sri Lanka, The Bahamas, Belize, Jamaica, Burundi, Benin, The Gambia, Guyana, Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda, and Gabon (and senior command staff from Mongolia)
GSF has received an authorized maximum of 5,550 personnel but is currently operating at 1,441 deployed with not all pledged nations having yet initiated deployment (lots of new costs involved for these countries who are not used to organizing overseas deployment)
Financial backing for the deployment and maintenance of GSF has been paid into by Qatar (30mil), Canada (28.8mil), Germany(6mil), France (13mil), the UK (5.6mil), USA (200mil), The Dominican Republic (10mil), Haiti (50mil), and an undisclosed amount from Greece.
The crimes of their opposition, 400 Mawozo and the other Haitian gangs, run the gauntlet of Extortion, Drug and Arms trafficking, Destruction of vital infrastructure, Kidnapping and Ransom, Mass rape, Child Recruitment, Child Trafficking, Cannibalism, Destruction of humanitarian camps, and torture of none combatants.
