Went to my local comic con this past weekend and came across this artist that had an art print of Ash.

Shame alot of people didn’t know who I was supposed to be.

“Gimme some sugar, baby!”

Another tiny door.

WTF!?😳 I’m rewatching the Evil Dead franchise now. On the remake at this time. And I really fruckin forgot on how brutally bad/good this movie is. I mean geez!! So, again… WTF?!? And WOW!! Btw here, my sister-in-law lost her lunch. Haha! 🤣 Yet again, another movie where she losses her food. lol Is that mean for laughing? I only ask because I have not lost my food on any movie, this is the second movie on a row that she has. I’m sorry. 😞 ☹️

I'm really just curious about the way this lands in this sub. I have a feeling it's going to be about 3/4 for Bruce and 1/4 for the new era.

Finally got to watch it a couple of nights ago and after digesting it a little bit it just felt like one big family drama. I felt like I was watching one of those bleak family movies where nothing gets worked out and we see all these miserable people and their miserable relationships.

The grandpa angle never really went anywhere and the knife as well? It just felt very random with very little thought behind it all. Anyways the gore was fun until it just kept going.

Anyone that thinks about seeing it on the Germany tour be warned: the production is extremely bad.

The translation of the songs don't fit the melody, the set pieces are lackluster and the worst thing: there isn't really any blood!

In the last sequence they simulate the blood by shooting reddish water out of water pistols.

Can't recommend...

Edit: the musical itself isn't the problem, but if you have seen the video of the musical from 2007, it's like a school trying to re-enact it...

Context : I watched all 3 movies in a single day. First watched burn, the evil dead 2013 then rise. Thanks guys for recommending. Rest original triology and show will watch on weekends.

Out of all three my fav would be Evil Dead 2013
Thanks. I loved all 3 movies btw.

Evil Dead Burn

A little context : I am new to evil dead And just watched Burn for the first time. Then this one. My last reddit post link : https://www.reddit.com/r/EvilDead/s/HGjYyAS8km

I love the movie coz its gross gory and mia's acting. The way that nail scene was shot. Even the blood vomit. Her taking bath in hot water. That jungle scene where evil gets her jeez. Everything is so creative. Loved it.

Onto Next One : Rise

I always have this question, since Bruce Campbell decided to retire from Ash Williams, when someone asks who else could potray Ash, we tend to recast him with Hollywood actors...

But I wanna know which VOICE actor you feel could deliver a great Ash, for both Young Ash and Old Ash (AvED).

The opening scene is awful. Bad actors, bad writing and the kills are stupid. No connection to the characters of the main story line. The scene where the son and mom fight the dad is fucking incredible, best scene in the movie. The ending seems to drag out, construction sites don't stay active when no one is there. It's like they didn't put much thought behind the writing. I love all the other evil deads. Army of darkness is my favorite. This movie just sucks ass.

Come on IIIIIN

I picked up this old reel to reel a few months ago to get signed. Just need to get Sam and Ted Rami and I’ll be done.

Edit :
Watched All Three New Movies in a day

F*ckin LOVE all the EVIL DEAD MOVIES!! 🍿 🤘🔥

What do you beautiful delinquents think?!

I feel like Zach Gregger could do a really good evil dead movie and kinda capture some of the comedy from the first 2
