Headsets HyperX Cloud Earbuds III Not Getting Detected Realtek Audio

Today I bought these earbuds and I was excited to use them but only to find out it's not getting detected at all or have any audio output on my pc for some reason. I am not sure what is going on. I plugged it on the top of my pc MIC/AUDIO hole but still nothing pops up on my monitor and no audio. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Headsets Experiencing Ear Pain while wearing Cloud III S Wireless

As the title says, I’m experiencing some quite noticeable ear pain around the top and back of my ear cartilage whenever I wear my cloud III S headphones that slowly builds up as I wear them until it’s noticeable and then annoying.

They’re about a month old, worn pretty regularly given the circumstances and bought from Amazon if that changes anything.

What I’m not understanding though is I had the regular cloud III wireless from the day those came out in Australia until I upgraded and never had an issue this bad, just the occasional warmth issue from the leatherette.

From the outside they don’t look like much of a change from the old pair, so I’m unsure how they’re causing such significant pain?

Is it possible the earpads were faulty, and could that issue be relieved by upgrading to third party cushioning? Or is it worth trying to replace them? Can that even be grounds for replacement?

Headsets HyperX Cloud Flight headband is too loose — any way to fix it?

Hey everyone!

I have a pair of HyperX Cloud Flight headphones, and the metal headband seems to have spread out too much. Because of this, the headphones don't clamp firmly enough around my head, and the ear cups don't sit as tightly as they should.

I've noticed that if I gently squeeze the sides inward with my hands, the fit and sound improve, but they seem to return to their original position afterward.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a safe way to bend the metal headband back inward or increase the clamping force without damaging the headphones?

I'd rather fix them than buy a new pair, so I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Thanks!
