Heads up - if your HyperX device(s) stopped being detected after a recent NGENUITY update, here's what's going on.
A new build was accidentally pushed out over the weekend, updating NGENUITY from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1 for some of you and causing detection issues across several devices. I've flagged this directly with the software team, an escalation is in place, and it should be addressed shortly.
In the meantime, here's what I'd recommend:
I'll update this thread as soon as the issue's been resolved, so make sure to check back occasionally for the latest status. Sorry for the disruption! 🙏

Good news - WE HAVE A FIX! 🙌
We've been at this one for a while, and if you've been following the previous thread, you'll know that a big part of what made this so difficult was that we were never able to successfully replicate the issue in our test lab. That changed a few days ago, and we've since been able to put together a fix. We all genuinely appreciate everyone's patience throughout!
🔗Download mouse firmware v1.1.1.5
🔗Download dongle firmware v4.1.0.9
Steps to update:
One thing to note - these two standalone updaters are just a temporary solution while the firmware gets rolled into NGENUITY. We'll add it to the release notes once it goes live.
If you get a chance to test this firmware update, please do report back and let us know if it resolved the issue for you. And if you notice anything unexpected or odd after updating, please flag that too! We want to hear about it either way. 😅
Thanks again for sticking with us on this one. 🙏

Ive been using the hyperx pulsefire fps pro for like 6 years now and I would buy a new pair every year, my mouse wheel has been a little glitchy with the mouse now and I realized they stopped producing the mouse and I can’t buy it anywhere anymore. Anyone have a good recommendation and very similar mouse or where I could buy the pulsefire again? It fit my hand perfectly and it was big enough for me to not get uncomfortable
Thanks!

As the title says, I’m experiencing some quite noticeable ear pain around the top and back of my ear cartilage whenever I wear my cloud III S headphones that slowly builds up as I wear them until it’s noticeable and then annoying.
They’re about a month old, worn pretty regularly given the circumstances and bought from Amazon if that changes anything.
What I’m not understanding though is I had the regular cloud III wireless from the day those came out in Australia until I upgraded and never had an issue this bad, just the occasional warmth issue from the leatherette.
From the outside they don’t look like much of a change from the old pair, so I’m unsure how they’re causing such significant pain?
Is it possible the earpads were faulty, and could that issue be relieved by upgrading to third party cushioning? Or is it worth trying to replace them? Can that even be grounds for replacement?

EDIT: my mistake, these are HyperX Cloud II S Wireless
I want to get a replacement but i want to make sure its the right kind. I know its a 2.4 dongle but i don't know if it works like Bluetooth and you can use any or if you need a very specific version. Also i am using BT right now but there is a noticeable drop in quality.
Thank you.

Hi, I am looking to get the cloud core alpha or the cloud 3, the only thing stopping me at the moment is I want to use it to connect to my focusrite using a 3.5mm. Could I do that or is it exclusively wireless with no wired connection?

Today I bought these earbuds and I was excited to use them but only to find out it's not getting detected at all or have any audio output on my pc for some reason. I am not sure what is going on. I plugged it on the top of my pc MIC/AUDIO hole but still nothing pops up on my monitor and no audio. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey everyone!
I have a pair of HyperX Cloud Flight headphones, and the metal headband seems to have spread out too much. Because of this, the headphones don't clamp firmly enough around my head, and the ear cups don't sit as tightly as they should.
I've noticed that if I gently squeeze the sides inward with my hands, the fit and sound improve, but they seem to return to their original position afterward.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a safe way to bend the metal headband back inward or increase the clamping force without damaging the headphones?
I'd rather fix them than buy a new pair, so I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions.
Thanks!

Had these headphones for a little over a month now. I've always loved HyperX headsets and these (for the most part) are no different. Sound wasn't great upon first opening but nothing a little EQ couldn't fix and now they sound great. Super comfortable and an incredible battery life as well. However all of this is almost nullified by an unbearable glitchy audio that happens for 30+ seconds straight every few minutes. If it matters - I've pretty much only played Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail and Marathon as well as YouTube and Spotify and as far as I can remember it happens no matter what. I'm right on the verge of taking them back to get a different pair but I keep seeing people very satisfied with these and fully recommending them so I'd love to know if there is some fix. The posts I've been seeing about this issue are all around a year old and I haven't seen anyone mention anything about an actual solution yet. Any advice is appreciated.
To add, I've tried both the USB-C and USB dongles and the issue persists with both.

I was in a support chat because my pulsefire haste 2 kept blinking and not working, so I tried to reset it and now my dpi button is stuck inside the mouse and the mouse doesn’t even light up? I’m still in the warranty but I don’t really know if this can be fixed or what. Any advice?

I've been in a shipping loop for almost two months with these clowns. They do not respond to emails and when they do the best they offer is a refund (nice little slap in the face to a once loyal customer). I have had an order sitting in their system since Sept 21st doing jack squat.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen from a "professional" company in the consumer goods space.
Do yourself a HUGE favor, and never, EVER, order directly from these jackasses.

I have a problem with my HyperX Cloud II Wireless headset. The original USB dongle broke, so I bought a replacement. The new dongle pairs with the headset and the audio works normally, but HyperX NGENUITY no longer detects the headset. When I check Device Manager, the dongle shows up as HyperX Cloud Stinger Core instead of HyperX Cloud II Wireless. Both the old and new dongles have the same hardware ID. How can I fix this and get the headset recognized by the software again?

I just completely built a new rig after my son unfortunately fried my last one. After that my microphone is not getting recognized. It's getting power but that seems to be all, i tried hard resetting it but it doesn't seem to want to do anything, has anyone ever seen this??

I bought my headset earlier this year and everything was fine, but just last week or so the mic got all tinny and sounds like a cheap room mic or something.
I updated the firmware on the Base Station and device, and did driver updates, etc.... rebooted, did windows updates.... played around with the HyperX software but I can't get it to stop sounding like this on Discord. I have no idea what to do next. I have a very high pitched squeaky girl voice, lol, and it doesn't get picked up a lot anymore and all bass is gone (of what their was). Friends say it at least sounded like a $200 mic but now it's a $5 mic.

We’ll get it one day, I hope they’ll get a fire lit under their asses now that other companies are hitting against the 2s but also making white versions, like the Voxara

Hi! So I lost my dongle for my Cloud III wireless headset. I tried to contact HyperX support but for some reason it's unavailable in Europe. What should I do? (I don't want to spend 70 euros on another dongle from ebay. )
Thank you!

Had a buzzing in left ear tried all of the fixes, that Reddit and YouTube provided. The only fix that completely helped, is removing from 3.2 usb to standard, and completely moving the tablet to the other end of desk away from pc. I also use with the standard sounds, no audio enhancements, dts, or special. All of the disabled. Hope this helps
“ps, I used the highest studio quality option (24 bit, 96000 Hz “studio quality”)

Infelizmente, nada resolveu definitivamente o problema.
Posso encaminhar:

After my Cloud II died after many years, I went for a Cloud III, and now constantly have issues.
I constantly get a crackling sound while using it, no matter what application is being used.
Has anyone found a reliable solution for this issue? I looked across the internet, but none of those solutions worked out.
Another issue is that the Bluetooth dongle often disconnects for no reason and then is disconnected for 15 to 30 seconds.

I bought a solocast mic about a year ago and have tried to connect it a few times to no avail. The red mute light comes on, but the device is not recognized by my pc and I cant see it in sound settings even if I unhide any hidden or disabled devices? I can't find help for it online. I have both the new and the old ngenuity and it works on neither of those either. Please send help
