Currently in Japan again for the third time in three years, and managed to travel to some new locations this time including Matsudo for the Matsudo Shrine Shinkō Festival, and Kamikochi.
Sharing this small collection of past and present snaps with you guys, hoping you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them :)

We’ve gone from Osaka to Kyoto, Kanazawa, and then around to Tokyo in the last ten days or so. This is our fourth time here, and I wanted to hit a few of the “tourist” spots for pictures since I haven’t before.
Hope you all enjoy!

Photos I found from my trip to visit my friend this past February. I miss it! Highlight of the day was the congregation of neighborhood aunts and uncles who let me take a photo of their dogs. There were about 10 of them.

This was my first visit to Japan. I visited Fukuoka, the Kuma Valley and Nagasaki and these photos are a mix taken at all three. Everywhere was absolutely amazing, but the Kuma Valley was probably my favourite spot and has to be just about the most picturesque place I have ever visited.
Photos taken on my iPhone 14 Pro.

A friend of mine had on his bucket list to stay one night in a hotel looking down on the popular crossing and he offered me to stay with him. Of course i couldn’t resist. The actual position of the room wasn’t the best compared to height but I still had fun (and rearranged some furniture to get a self portrait)
And yes, pictures are heavily edited..

My third time around. This time, travelled to Nagano (Nagano city and Matsumoto) and Tokyo on the back end.
