Hi everyone, my name is J and I'm a songwriter. I am trying to bring my songwriting dreams to life and expand my creative network to align with more producers and singers.

I have loved pop music my entire life and I am determined to leave my mark on it. I'm super inspired by early 2010's pop and catchy, anthemic choruses. My artistic identity revolves around writing with a visual in mind. When you hear a song I wrote, I want you to see it in your mind like a music video.

I currently have around 50 songs written (including lyrics, melodies and vocal guides) - some already have been given to artists to use and some are being brought to life by producers, but I'm trying to build that world even bigger. This is specifically for someone who raps, not a trap artist. I’m looking for an emcee with personality, strong delivery, and an ear for rhythm and atmosphere. Think boom bap, alternative hip-hop, conscious rap, or jazz-influenced hip-hop. Someone who can write an engaging verse and fit into a more experimental sound without losing their own identity.
A few things to know:
This is a short, three-track EP, so ideally I’d like to find a consistent vocalist for the project, with the possibility of additional guest features.
