Just popped up on HUKD that it's down to £429.99. Hope the controllers follow suit.

This is for delivery this week with the other version still showing as £499.99.

Just spotted in stock at Smyths

Wanting to contact about an update on my Zelda Pro Controller order, since the transaction has stopped pending in my account and disappeared. I’d like to know if they’ve cancelled it or if it was a glitch.

However… there just isn’t any, whenever I go to the website looking for Customer Service it just directions me to a bunch of articles and I never get anything like a number or an email.

This is honestly horrendous service and terrible management. If this order even goes through I’m never ordering with GAME again.

Thanks in advance. Any advice is appreciated.

Is anyone still waiting for them to take payment? My Zelda 40th switch 2 was taken just over 2 weeks before release but no movement on my actual game 😂

Hi guys,

Do you think it’s worth checking smyths and curry’s tomorrow to see if they’ll be any available or do you think the majority/all of their stock would’ve been allocated for pre-order?

Thanks

I regret not pre ordering the Zelda 40th anniversary pro controller… will it be available in stores tomorrow does anyone know or is it pre orders only?

So I have a preorder on Amazon for the controller, will the price go down eventually like the console?

And for those who preordered one Amazon the console that was reduced in price today were you charged 499 or the reduced price 430?

Anyone know if the pre-order from Amazon is going to reduce in price from £120?

Other stores online and physical were selling it for £80

Just got an email from Argos, looks like I won't get mine until Friday now, still not sure I want to 100% keep it just yet, or return it within the 14 days and see if i can swap it out for the new battery replaceable version.

Annoyingly bought with Argos gift vouchers so didn't want to cancel it and order elsewhere.

For those of you patiently awaiting the Switch 2 release, I have just listed some other limited edition consoles (that I am sadly parting with as we downsize)

• Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Black and Gold 3DS
• Majora's Mask Limited Edition Black and Gold 3DS XL
• Legend of Zelda Special Edition Wii U

Thanks

If you sign up to Asda, they will send you a voucher to use that takes £30 off spending £60! I added house essentials to add it up to £60, well worth looking at if you are in the market for newly released games!

Any idea when the switch 2 zelda edition will be back in stock? I'm waiting to get my hands on one but it feels like it's taking forever for them to be in stock again. Any predictions for when you guys think they'll be back in stock again?

I preordered the 40th console 9th of September so first batch (not removable battery) for click and collect through Smyths on release day.

I've had zero update. Order still says placed. Customer service assure me ny orders confirmed and they'll take payment when I've collected, but can't confirm this will be ready on Thursday 29th.

Just wondering if anyones had anything similar?

Hiya just wanted to check if anyone knows if we’re getting a physical release in uk stores like SMYTHS and GAME? I’d like to pop into one and try get one if I can just haven’t see much info about release day store stock

Saw this Savage Raven Zelda OOT design grip case. It comes with green thumb grips and D-pad covers for free if you preorder (ships 30th October).

Hi everyone.

My Nintendo account was hacked where the person changed the email to something else, as well as the password.

Luckily I have my Google account linked so I'm able to get in, BUT I can't change or update anything in my account without the password.

I contacted Nintendo using their well hidden contact support form, provided them with all relevant info (dates, serial number of my Switch and Switch 2 etc) but over 3 weeks later it's still not resolved.

Last week I got an email response to say that they're escalating it with priority.

Are there any other avenues to getting this resolved? I'm in a situation where someone is able to access my Nintendo account and there's nothing I can do about it, as well as not being able to use any of the online features of my Switch consoles.

Edit: Thank you all for your help. It seems there's possibly a way to download it to console but I couldn't find it on the one I had and there was no wording on the packaging to say where it might have been if or it was preloaded or not, which might have helped. In the end I exchanged it for a console + game instead, which actually was cheaper anyway.

I bought a Switch 2 console with the game included but cannot find anything inside the box about the game. Anyone that also bought the bundle, where was the code for you?

I set up the console and transferred everything from my switch and there's nothing preloaded. The box only had a code inside for 3mths nintendo online. I got the bundle from Argos.

Hey I'm looking at buying the basic Switch 2 (no special edition) replaceable battery version - just wondering if anyone has seen them pop up online or received one online yet?

Get in before the bots!

Me and a friend ordered same day, both got the payment will be taken soon emails but he got charged and a tracking number (not dispatched just ready), I haven’t been charged yet and status is still pre-order

EDIT: They took payment today, Friday 23rd
