The Inner-North Community Pantries are putting on a fundraiser Halloween Party this Saturday the 31st of October in Finn Street Park, O’Connor.

There will be a bbq, bake sale, mystery book stall. All money raised will be used to help keep community pantries stocked with food and personal care items between the many generous donations.

It’s not just about fundraising though, there’s a free scavenger hunt, games, arts and crafts + more for kids young and old.

Come for the party or drop by between trick or treating, all are welcome.

Hi all, I'm looking to get a custom birthday cake made for end of Nov (reference pic below). The last thread I saw on here similar to this was from 2 years ago, and unfortunately a lot of them are closed or aren't taking custom orders anymore. Any recommendations on local bakeries that could do something similar to this? TIA!

After the previous recycling facility was lost to fire in 2022 the new facility has started construction. Construction is expected to take 18 months.
