I test drove a brz for the first time

I’m looking to change my Toyota Yaris 🤪 for something more fun and thinking about maybe getting into mods in the future. I really enjoy taking car photos and I frequently go to events. I’m originally a motorcyclist but now being based in Germany is not the best option.

The thing is that the first minutes it felt great but then just nothing special. I’m not sure if my expectations were unrealistic or I was also very hyped because of everything I read and heard online.

It’s also a quite expensive car: 34k Euros, 2024, 50k kilometers, I’ll need to get a credit (which was approved) which means setting some money aside each month for 3 years.

Did something like this also happened to you? I’ve been wanting this car so bad and now I’m just feeling quite sad about it. I was also interested in a mx-5 or a z4 but ugh I tried the brz because it was my first option.

Old engine was at 205000-ish kms. Been having an internal metallic rattle for a year which sounds like the camshaft is hitting the valve or something so i decided to put a new engine in. Glad she’s running smooth and quiet again.

All things considered I have nothing to complain about to be honest, it was a baby and I managed to only clip it thanks to some emergency braking. Would have avoided it entirely but I was on the highway and had someone next to me 😭

Front endlinks

So my BRZ had developed a Thunk up front but only when going over bumps on one side. I'm pretty sure its the end links. Its stock height right now but I want to drop it .5 in the future. My question is do I need adjustable end links? Does my problem even sound like its the end links? 2019 with 152k miles
