FOUND Wedding ring found at Waterfront
Food for the People posted this on Instagram so just adding here for increased reach (side note: if you’ve never tried them out you definitely should).
—
We found a wedding ring at the truck today 💍
A French couple on their honeymoon stopped by Food for the People earlier. They ate one of our new hotdogs. They returned and asked if we’d found the man’s wedding ring and we searched together, but it hadn’t turned up yet. I’ve now found it.
The ring is engraved “Mia 20-09-2026”.
If this is yours (or you know the couple), please DM us or email hello@fftp.co.nz. We’ll keep it safe until we can get it back to you.
Someone, please share to vic deals or wherever might find someone who will recognise the newlyweds.
Maybe you work in a hotel or backpackers. He is taller with camera gear. If you spot them. Ask if she is Mia!
Please share — let’s get this back to the newlyweds.

WEATHER Oriental/Evans Bay closed due to wind
NZ Police have just closed off a portion of Evans Bay to Oriental Bay due to the wind. Apparently it’s been strong enough to blow wing mirrors off cars around there!

POLITICS English Curriculum resources - A.I use?
Either the 'English Expert' being paid the big bucks to work on the English curriculum can't punctuate a proper noun, or didn't do so when typing in the prompt in AI. Insulting. Lazy. Incompetent.

Recently moved here, need to run some errands in the city. What the hell are you supposed to wear when it’s gorgeously sunny, and 80km/h wind making it “feel like 8°” according to Apple Weather?
