Food for the People posted this on Instagram so just adding here for increased reach (side note: if you’ve never tried them out you definitely should).

We found a wedding ring at the truck today 💍
A French couple on their honeymoon stopped by Food for the People earlier. They ate one of our new hotdogs. They returned and asked if we’d found the man’s wedding ring and we searched together, but it hadn’t turned up yet. I’ve now found it.
The ring is engraved “Mia 20-09-2026”.
If this is yours (or you know the couple), please DM us or email hello@fftp.co.nz. We’ll keep it safe until we can get it back to you.
Someone, please share to vic deals or wherever might find someone who will recognise the newlyweds.
Maybe you work in a hotel or backpackers. He is taller with camera gear. If you spot them. Ask if she is Mia!
Please share — let’s get this back to the newlyweds.

How does one beat Sunday scaries? It feels so debilitating and I feel like the sky is going to fall :(

Either the 'English Expert' being paid the big bucks to work on the English curriculum can't punctuate a proper noun, or didn't do so when typing in the prompt in AI. Insulting. Lazy. Incompetent.

Hello I’m a young exchange student from Italy that studies at VIC uni , for a couple of days I had pain in both my ears I think it’s probably an infection (had them before) unfortunately I don’t have insurance so I went to the urgent care today with a local friend but the price of 270$ was too much for me so I wasn’t visited by a doctor , anyways I know that to buy an antibiotic you need a prescription that only a doctor can give , so I don’t really know what I’m asking for just some advice on how to move forward because the pain is getting heavy , and also I tried to buy a medicine from the pharmacy that it’s supposed to dull the itching and pain but didn’t help.
If you could pls help me I would be very glad

a bit of a clear up over the long weekend highlighted I've a LOT of plant pots accumulated over the years... I think they *could* go in normal recycling, but wondered if there's anywhere that takes and re-uses these specifically? Any/all options welcome
Thanks!

Have an opportunity to do a six month internship in Wellington. I love to travel and in my head this seems like a great opportunity to do so while gaining work experience but curious what locals have to say about quality of life.
