Hey, I am really struggling this year, academically. I am in my 2nd year and it is so much different from last year. My courses are really heavy and I am only taking 4 of them. I work and take care of my family (clean, cook, and take care of my younger siblings). I honestly don’t know why I have been struggling so much because I go to class and always hand my assignments in on time but my midterm and quiz marks never translate with how much I think I study. I really don’t know what I am asking but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on doing better on the tests that are worth 20%+ of my grade! 

I wanna know if it has exams, essays or both? Does anyone have the syllabus of the course???

My partner is coming up and needs parking, I know you can pay the 14$ for 24 hours, does anyone have a good free spot to park? I can pay the 14 but would rather save a few bucks. Thanks!

Does anyone know if the midterm is defining a bunch of the content or if it’s very complex? Sorry I don’t really know how to phrase it. I know it’s multiple choice but I’m getting a lot of conflicting info about it on google.

Full respect to Brock's librarian (I sadly don't know her name, but I see her often, gray hair). Her knees must be killer bc if I was climbing 10 flights of stairs, all day every day, I'd ask for my own elevator 😅

I have an exam on Wednesday, but someone close to my family passed away, and their funeral is being held on Wednesday, and I have to travel back for it. Does anyone know what the steps are, or what I need to provide my professor for a case like this?

I'm currently a student planning to pursue a career in accounting, and I'm interested in Brock's BAcc program. I was wondering if anyone currently in the program or who has graduated could share their experience.

How difficult is the program overall, and would you say it's worth it?

I'm also curious about the math and statistics courses. Math has always been one of my weaker subjects, and I didn't take calculus in high school, so I'm a little concerned about how difficult those courses might be. How challenging are they for someone who isn't really strong in math?

I'd appreciate any advice or experiences you guys could share. Thanks!

Computer science students need to take an online academic integrity class and I missed the one I signed up for due to the sickness of a family member. I checked today and I don’t see the option to sign up for another one. Idk what do or who to reach out too so I’m really freaking out on what to do please help
