iMessage not sending and showing this loading for hours and receiver sees the same thing

Weird this has been happening for the past couple of weeks. Just shows a loading screen on my end and also on their end so it’s obviously not being sent.

Hard restarted the phone, turned off and on iMessage alongside airplane mode. Same with network settings. Not sure what’s going on or how to fix?

Why does WhatsApp take up space in iCloud storage as well as in my phones backup? Are they for separate things like is one chats and one media if so which is which?

Hoping someone can help me here. I have a UK Apple ID to get some UK apps that are not available on the Irish App Store. I’m signed into my Irish Apple ID now but every time there’s an update for the UK apps I have to logout and login again. Anyone know any way to automate this?

After ignoring the reminder of updating to iOS 27.0.1 for so many days🥹

So there’s no error message but it stopped on the PC… is my phone alright or am I screwed?

- Keyboard ( I tried Swiftkey which is better than the default one but still far from Android gboard imo ). Also not being to resize the keyboards is also an issue for me because I have big hands )

Bonus :

- Bugs : Not gonna lie I had a few of them like brightness level going to like 10% and not reacting to me increasing it ( That happened in the liquid glass slider menu which is weird ).

- Stutters : I frequently had stutters in menus which involve liquid glass but only ! For example in walloapers adding menu it stutters like always, not just once or twice.

Honestly if the non bonus complaints weren't there it would be way easier to switch !

The beauty of the App Store for iOS is that every app worked on EVERY iPhone. Bringing this new app range in for only one phone in the range is a big mistake IMO and takes away from what made iOS great.

At a minimum the App Store should read a flag saying your device isn’t a tablet format and remove all the stuff related to that. This is poor Apple.

Before you ask, I checked my recently deleted, there is nothing in the on my iPhone folder, the iCloud folder, or the Gmail folder, and I logged into iCloud on another device and it's not on there either. I'm really desperate these notes are very important to me, I'm about to update my phone but is there anything else I can do???

I just upgraded to iOS 27.2 and saw the new "actions" in Messages that offer to add a reminder or note in response to a message received. However, it offers to create a reminder in Todoist and a note in Drafts. I don't see a way to set which app it uses. I would rather it use Apple Reminders and Apple Notes.

I have an iPhone 17 Pro. I’m currently on iOS 26, the latest version.

Given that there are many reports from iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max users stating that photo quality is no longer what it used to be and that it has deteriorated significantly after updating to iOS 27. Would you sacrifice photo quality? Or would you go ahead with the update, choosing to keep your phone up to date even if it means having terrible photos?

Perhaps this is a question best directed at those who own an iPhone 17 Pro. For who have updated or not.
I'm not thinking about to buy iphone 18 pro. It is full of issues.

I’m having a really frustrating issue with WhatsApp on my iPhone 18 Pro running iOS 27. I’m using the regular WhatsApp app, not WhatsApp Business.
My WhatsApp Status feature stops working about 1–2 days after reinstalling the app.
The problems I’m experiencing:
I cannot upload a Status. It gives me the error “Couldn’t send message.”
My Updates tab is completely blank. I can’t view anyone else’s Status updates either.
Regular WhatsApp messages and sending photos in chats work perfectly fine.
Things I’ve already tried:
Restarting my iPhone.
Resetting network settings.
Updating iOS.
Uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp.
Testing on both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Contacting WhatsApp Support.
Nothing has permanently fixed the issue. Reinstalling WhatsApp seems to help temporarily, but the problem returns after a day or two.
One important detail: WhatsApp works perfectly on WhatsApp Desktop, including while the Status feature is broken on my iPhone. This makes me wonder whether the issue is specific to the iPhone app or something affecting my account on mobile.
Has anyone experienced the same problem, particularly with the Updates tab being completely blank and Status uploads failing while normal chats still work?
I’d really appreciate any suggestions beyond the usual troubleshooting steps. I’ve tried pretty much everything I can think of!

TL;DR How do I keep shared calendars from turning themselves back on in the iOS Calendar app?

I have Outlook 365 at work and have shared that account to my personal iPhone 17 Pro with only my calendar turned on so that I can see work obligations in one place with my personal calendar.

In Outlook, everyone on my team has shared their calendars with each other. These calendars show up in the iOS Calendar app as expected. I have un-checked all of them and turned off the option to have their events block my availability.

However, periodically one of these shared calendars will randomly turn itself back on and start showing notifications. I go back and turn it off again and it stays off for a while, but today I had two different ones do this a few hours apart.

Has anyone else run into this? How did you solve it?

Hi. What actually happens when I do this 'Block and Report as spam'? I am aware that robocallers will use different numbers, but wanted to know if all I can do is play "whack-a-mole" with these calls. Thanks.

Is there a setting to do this? Very frustrating how she will read a notification then hear one tiny sound and try to call like seven different people. I’m tired of being scared of my own AirPods when I get a notification like I’m hiding from raptors in Jurassic park.

Anybody else have this issue? My router is well within range and visible in the network list, but for some reason my phone just randomly disconnects from the network. Auto connect to network is on, wifi assist is off, I genuinely have to keep cellular data off to avoid using it all accidentally due to my phone just randomly deciding it doesnt want to use wifi.

Are there any solutions to this? It's been a persistent issue for months now.

One of the apps I previously had, I offloaded in July. I went to redownload it yesterday (October, for future reference), and it redownloaded, however it was the same version from July. Then the App Store said there is an update from back in August. Is this by design? Seems odd not to download the newest version. Happening to anyone else?
