I’m diving deeper into the history of the franchise and would love to hear from fans who played the classic games (Fallout 1 & 2). I've only played from 3 to current.

​How different are the lore, worldbuilding, and overall tone under Bethesda compared to the original Interplay/Black Isle era?

Steel + Brahmin troughs in every settlement = raining lead. I thought it would be more complicated. Though settlers now hang out in my bullet factory, rather than the tiki bar & restaurant.

Eventually I'd like to add a pip-boy and 3d print a proper Chinese assault rifle to look more like my in game character.

I was going through my Twitter account, which I haven't been on in ages, and I forgot all the cringe I posted when I was a teenager thinking I was so cool and clever, but I stumbled upon this and got the biggest nostalgia hit; man, I miss being a kid.

Took a week to make but I really wanted to make the laser rifle from fallout 3 ! I got the fil3s from thingiverse printed in about 20 parts and it's massive lol

The chest and pauldrons are finished, unfortunately I couldnt find a solution towards making the ocular, along with the piping that makes up the helmet, as i dont have as much time to put stuff like that, along with shopping. High school really doesnt like it when you have personal plans😭😭😭

The helmet went through a plan, but the rest is kind of me bullshitting it as I dont have all the resources to actually make a big looking power armor.

Now, for the paint job.. is what i wonder. Ill let you guys decide what type of color I should make it. Maybe something not over complicated as I dont have all that time to create a nuka cola power armor, as much as that would be absolutely fucking sick!

I feel like Gunners were suppose to be an evil militarized faction that you can be part of, I mean they had ranks, military discipline, main base and enough firepower that they almost conquered the Boston and they were the main reason why Minute men were wiped out.

It's like they had vision for the Gunners but they replaced them with Brotherhood and the Nuka-world raiders

One of my good friends had been doing good and struggling and his Bday was on the 23rd. Days the bombs dropped. Huge fallout fan and he earned it. Party was amazing.

All of these are made by me, and will be handed out in very limited quantities while I’m visiting Mojave Mayhem 2026! Here’s an overview of each book:

The Deseret Cookbook: a cozy magazine of delicious(?) home-cooked recipes compiled by the head Mormon chef of a budding Utah settlement

How To Stop Being Dog-Ass at Caravan: self explanatory. A Caravan for dummies style book that holds the hand of the reader through the intricacies of the card game no one knows how to play

The Followers Field Manual for Disease: A meticulous medical document giving overviews of the symptoms, treatment, and prognosis of all of the diseases from Fallout 76 and more!!

The Legion Reclamation Campaign: A short military scouting report that ties into the lore of the Fallout TV show, outlining how Legate Lanius’ forces plan to re-take territory of a legion fort that defected and pledged allegiance to the Lacerta Legate (Macaulay Culkin’s character).

I’ve put well over a hundred hours into each of these books, so I’m very excited to show them to the world. They are all meticulously researched to be lore friendly, entertaining, and as factual as possible! I’ll be handing these out for caps/bartering (NO PREWAR MONEY ACCEPTED) at Junc Alley. So if you see a big and tall girl in a followers of the apocalypse coat, that’s probably me!!

Got some Fallout Miniatures on sale and had to paint it up inspired by my homeland and the wonderful Fallout London mod.

I must have LCK 10 to have a dad this cool :)

I'm attempting to make as accurate a replica of an old military field radio as possible and am struggling to figure out a way to do so. Ideally, it should be light enough to not break my back carrying the thing, have two straps to be used as a backpack, a bit oversized so that it's visible from the front, and both openable in both of the places with latches so I can put a speaker in it. Also I was tinkering with adding a telephone to hang on one side of it, but it's less of a priority. I looked into using ammo cans, but none had the correct design on the side. Thinking I could maybe use the face of a ham radio for the top bit? Any advice would be appreciated, and if anyone has access to tools that make recreating this easier I'd be willing to pay!

Is this a bug or this is how its suppose to be?

These are rooms I have yet to add, and I already have an armory, atrium, entrance, and power room.

I dont know if this would be possible after all the bombs but could that be where some members of vault tech be watching from as they said “the surface is the experiment”🤔

Hey everyone! I've been working on a co-op mod for New Vegas and the first public version is out:

New Vegas Co-op on Nexus

One player hosts their world, and friends join through Steam with their own characters. You play the actual game together: quests, fights, conversations, loot, the DLC.

What works:

• The host's game is the world: NPCs, quests, doors, containers and items are the same for everyone
• Bring your own character: your own face, stats, perks and inventory; late joiners catch up to the host's level
• Shared XP, quest progress and reputation
• Conversations: whoever starts one picks the answers with their own Speech, and everyone nearby hears it
• Enemies split their attention between players instead of tunnel-visioning whoever shot first
• Directional push-to-talk voice chat, and text chat over players' heads
• Downed instead of dead, friends can revive you
• Doors and fast travel bring the whole group along
• Linked saves: anyone can save for the group, and the host loads everyone back together
• No pausing: menus and the Pip-Boy run in real time
• Optional "Co-op balanced" mode: smarter enemies that take cover and flank, scarcer ammo and supplies

Requirements: the Steam version of New Vegas, xNVSE, JIP LN NVSE, kNVSE, JohnnyGuitar NVSE, Real Time Menus and the 4GB Patcher. Everyone needs the same mods in the same load order (the game checks for you).

It's an early release, so there will be bugs: desyncs, weird NPC behaviour, the odd crash. If you hit one, please report it on the Nexus Bugs tab with the log files (instructions on the page), or come tell me on the Discord (link is on nexus)

I love the survival skill in fnv! Used the need to practice rendering as an excuse to draw more fallout fanart.

So after I play the games in order, and learn more about the lore, I’d like to write a Fallout Fanfiction and possibly do a novella Fallout roleplay with someone too

In Fallout 4, the institute shows that they’re trying to make synthetic animals to bring back the old world

I’d like to have horses in the stories, as I wish they were a thing in the games, but unfortunately they’re not, and I’m leaning towards synthetic as we don’t see any irradiated horses in the games, so it wouldn’t make sense for them to just suddenly be there
