Hello! I'm new to RAoC and I’m happy to be here

I’m sending out my form and opening up my offer for winter/holiday cards! I have a large inventory of cards and want to plan accordingly. I will be prioritizing exchanges but depending on inventory may have enough for some of both.

I'll be mailing most likely in batches starting early November.

If you'd like to receive a postcard or card please fill out the form: Mailing List Form

I look forward to future mail and connecting with others!

I am once again offering my not-so-reliable psychic skills to my RAOC friends! Do you have a burning question that you need a psychic to answer? Do you need some advice on bad juju you’re getting from that coworker? Do you want to know if your neighbor Kendra is spying on you? Ask away! My answers may be funny and unreliable, but you’ll likely get a giggle!

To claim: Must be flaired with recent thank you posts. If your post history is hidden, unless I KNOW you, I’m going to pass. Please complete this form and leave a comment below. I’ll be sending them out in the next few days!

Hi everyone!
I’m having surgery on November 2 and would love some good luck cards, positive thoughts, or encouraging words as I prepare for it.
It’s been quite a year for me medically, especially with my cancer journey, and I’m hoping this surgery will be another step toward putting some of it behind me.
One of the bright spots of this year has been becoming part of this wonderful community. I’ve discovered how much fun and happiness I get from making and sending cards to others. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to, and I love knowing that a little piece of happy mail might brighten someone’s day!
As my surgery gets closer, I could use a little of that same happiness and encouragement coming my way.
I love butterflies, dolphins, sea turtles, animals, nature, and bright, cheerful colors, but honestly, any card or kind words would mean so much.
Thank you for being such a wonderful community! 💕💌 if you would like my address please message me.

I'd like to send some postcards out to people I haven't sent to before 💌

I have a bunch of different postcards and postcard boxes so I'm sure I'll have something that should match up with at least one like (or can decorate with favourite colours.) And I have plenty of cool old NZ stamps 🇳🇿

Please be flaired or visible on profile recent thank yous 👌

If you're interested comment with a few interests/favourite colours, etc. and I'll message you 😊

I'm still a bit newish to RAoC and did not know about the flair system. I promise I will do better in the future. Please let me know if I'm not doing this right.

u/SnooHabits2586, thank you for my first Christmas card of the season. And it's so sparkly! You really need to go to NYC for Christmas; see the Rockette's Christmas show, the big tree in Rockefeller Center, and all the shops! Have a Merry Christmas!

u/rand_ston, thank you for the cute advice from a ladybug and the fun stickers.

u/tinawebmom, thank you for the wonderful Halloween card and the fun Nightmare Before Christmas stickers (I watch this movie ever October). Plans for Christmas this year will probably be breakfast with my dad and sister and then my other sister is coming to town later in the week and we'll all get together again. Hope your season is jolly.

u/rennbrig, thank you for the cute wine dog postcard. I like the little heart.

u/Exit_Infinite, thank you for the very cool and colorful Halloween postcard. Your paranormal experience sounds pretty scary.

u/rare_cranberry_7861, thank you for the funny postcard. It almost looks like a still from a Twilight Zone episode. lol

u/Tricky-Worth-6771, thank you for the spooky Halloween postcard.

u/TigerLady13, thank you for the cool and unusual Halloween postcard.

u/irlyloveicedtea, thank you for the cute Halloween postcard. Enjoy the costume party!

u/groceryowl, thank you for the cool Halloween postcard and I love the Edgar Allen Poe stamp.

u/snerdboff, thank you for the "affirmation." When I read it, I laughed out loud.

Hi everyone! I'm new here and would love to send you some mail! I usually send mail to my friends and family in my town, but now I want to branch out! Not looking for any mail back, just looking for something fun while lessening my screen time. Bonus points to anyone outside of the US, would love to send you a cool San Francisco sticker.

Hello everyone!

SL Post released these postcards on world post day (Oct 9) and I bought a few online. I’d love to share three of them with you. I also have three matching stamps to go with the postcards (the stamps won’t be placed on the picture side).

If you’d like one, just leave a comment with a writing prompt for me. I’ll choose three people at random.

Thank you and happy postcarding!

*This offer is open to members who have posted an offer within the past two months.

I wanted to quickly get out my thank yous (before I go insane at midnight) while working through my offer and making sure my mental to-do list is clear before I dive into my book haha

I appreciate all of you!! <3

Update: Still 4 cards waiting to be claimed!

It is I, your favorite waddling card companion, u/PinkPengin (they/them), ably assisted by my constant companion Plush Pink Pengin (she/her), here with yet another offer to try to make a dent in the amount of stuff surrounding us at Pengin HQ.

As I mentioned in multiple past posts, earlier this year I started a subscription to a tiny colorable page-a-day calendar, and I'm enjoying it immensely. Each day features the date and a little image to color based on a "holiday" for that day. I also participate in some swaps related to those wacky holidays on some other carding sites, so I have experience using them as prompts to find a relevant card in my stash, which is always fun.

I've gathered my next set of these random pages, plus relevant cards and sometimes other goodies from my excessive stockpile, and I thought maybe I could find some RAoC members willing to adopt them rather than throwing them out.

Would you like to be considered for a card and a matching little coloring square for any of the holidays listed below? If so, here's what you need to do!

1. Be flaired. (This means you must have an envelope icon next to your username when you comment on this post, indicating at least one person has thanked you for a card you sent.)
2. Comment on this post with all of the following things:
   1. Whether you are US or WW (non-US)
   2. Which holiday you are interested in
   3. Unless it says there isn't one, whether you want the coloring square colored or uncolored

This offer is open to any flaired user around the world who follows those directions. I'll comment if you're chosen for a card and will let you know I need more info from you. No need to chat me unless requested. I'll also try to update the holidays list below as they are claimed but please try to check previous comments in case I am not caught up.

• Oct. 15: National Grouch Day
• Oct. 16: World Food Day claimed

• Oct. 17 Bonus: International Sloth Day (no coloring square) claimed

• Oct. 20: International Chef Day
• Oct. 21: National Reptile Day claimed
• Oct. 21 Bonus: National Apple Day (no coloring square) claimed
• Oct. 22: National Color Day claimed

My birthday was yesterday, and it is time to open the lovely birthday scavenger hunt mail that I've received from y'all! It is all around lovely and I know I shouldn't be astounded because y'all are astounding on the daily but I am astounded anyway!❤️

u/Mission_Cow_6742: Thank you so much for the lovely London Black Cab card and the very cute Scorpio cat sticker! They're both amazing!

u/ninajyang: Thank you so much for the Shana Tova birthday card!

u/Accotinked: Thank you for the very, very cute dragoncats card!

u/roxy031: OMG THESE AZULEJOS ARE PERFECT! No apologies for lack of perfection needed at all!! I love, love, love this card!

u/mouserat: Thank you for the wagon birthday card! Truth be told, I wouldn't've been sure that this was a birthday card at all from just looking at it 😅

u/sneakerlambs: Thank you for the very cute pop up birthday card with the cats and the ribbon!!

u/Ok_Reveal2698: Thank you for your birthday postcard with the very appropriate stamp math and thank you for sharing your favorite pen!

u/sammanthax345: Thank you for the combo birthday/death of your grandmother card! It definitely made me chuckle!!

u/dlnll: Thank you so much for the Adyghe card, which is amazing, and for sharing a little bit about yourself as well!

u/VintageVagabond208: Thank you for the local artist card from your part of the world!!

u/Misty_Moonrider: Thank you so much for the hand colored otter in a cowboy hat postcard!! I love it so much! Otters are one of my favorite animals and I'm from Texas originally so I thought it would be cute and you definitely DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!

u/Dragon_Beanie: Thank you for the cityscape card, this one definitely counts!!

u/murdocniccalshasT1D: Thank you so much for the great collage postcard!!

u/BlueStripedBaker: Thank you for the cute pancake sunflower card! I definitely wouldn't've guessed that it was the ugliest card in your collection since I think it's kinda cute haha!

u/PureAloeVeera: Thank you for the Trader Joe's butterfly stamp card! I'm kind of surprised I haven't seen this one before but it is very appropriate for our hobby! :D

And two cards that somehow snuck in to my birthday pile that weren't birthday related...

u/SnooHabits2586: Thank you for the Rhode Island postcard! When I was in Boston, I went to Rhode Island fairly frequently. I was in Providence twice, Newport like four times, and then Bristol. I never got the chance to visit Block Island but that should be OK to reach from NYC next summer, hopefully!

u/Classic-Power-333: Thank you for the WPD postcard! Certainly not many bills and junk mail in my PO Box since that's pretty much just RAoC mail, but I have been getting a raft of mail from its previous owners (apparently one of them is getting audited by NY for their tax return? lol). I have something in the mail to you already and probably another envelope coming next time I'm at the post office!

This is open to US & WW.

I don't have a limit set on the form but people with visible RAoC post history and/or are flaired will be given priority. All others will be considered.

Edit: Fulfilled, for now.

If you filled out my snail mail list earlier in the year or if we frequently exchange mail I will be working on sending you a holiday card as well.

Hey y'all!! It's been a hot minute since I've posted an offer but would love to write to you! I have a letter writing social that I'll be attending this afternoon and have reserved 15 blanks to write to some of you.

Couple of things to note:

• This form will close after 15 responses. DO NOT try to submit more than once, I will remove you from the recipient list if I see a duplicate submission.
• This offer is open to USA and WW. If you are WW, please be flaired. If you are WW and not flaired, I will not send you anything.
• I have a mix of flat cards and postcards to send out! I only have about 5 postcards so will accommodate that on a first come, first served basis.
• I'd love to hit the next flair milestone, so please be willing to post a thank you :)

I leave for 5 days to do some work training and I am not even surprised that I came back to some wonderful mail! Thank you for once again spoiling me!

(1) Thank you for the Jupiter’s Moons postcard. I am saddened that you could not get your telescope experience with your gifted telescope.

(2) Thank you for the aerial view postcard of the Unisphere with all of the flags and of course your homage to your Metsies. I adore how much you love the Unisphere.

(3) Thank you for the World’s Fair postcard from the Queens Museum. I am just a little obsessed with the design using a painters palette to display the photos.

(4) When I made a joke in a thank you post, I did not actually expect to get a Yankees postcard in the mail. I did get a pretty good laugh upon seeing it. I loved reading about your time at ComicCon!

(5) And of course I joked about the Phillies as well so it only makes sense that I would get a Phillies postcard as well! I feel like I just need to work on getting a postcard from every MLB team now; I already have three!

(6) Thank you for the “What’s Your Story?” Watermark postcard. I loved reading the story printed on the postcard and even more I loved reading about some of your Halloween stories.

u/merfrog Thank you so much for the Steven Universe postcard with the great stickers and Halloween wishes! 🎃 Funny, I was just writing you a postcard today! Love this so much, thank you!
