Marco Rubio Secretary of State for USA said today in a interview

"So, our relationship with Pakistan is not new. It's I think it's just developed in a way that allows us to have, hopefully, more influence over the decisions they make on a variety of topics. "

The regime exposed once again for being an American puppet yet we will sit in our homes in silence.

Post image

Renowned economist Atif Mian has said Pakistan’s policy of sending its workers abroad is built to bring home foreign currency so that the elite can “live off DHA better,” and that this thinking has to change.

Discussion This is the state of Pakistan’s courts and the justice system.

Post image

In August, the Supreme Court ordered that Imran Khan be shifted to Al-Shifa Hospital, but the government did not comply with the court’s order. The court could have taken action over this blatant disregard for its authority, but as you can see, the Supreme Court has still not taken any action.

After seeing all this, who would want to invest in Pakistan?

All three of Imran Khan’s sisters were detained under Section 3 of the MPO for 30 days and imprisoned without committing any crime. Their 30-day detention period has now ended, but they have still not been released.

Discussion A Patient is Not a Teaching Specimen - My Humiliating Experience as a 21-Year-Old at a Urologist

I am a 21-year-old male patient with bilateral undescended testes. Yesterday I visited a urologist for my reports. Instead of counseling me privately, the doctor discussed my most sensitive and painful diagnosis - including words like "you will become not a man if testicles are removed" - in front of 5-6 female students to teach them, without taking my consent.

‎>

‎> For any medical student or doctor reading this: A patient is not a teaching specimen. Before you use someone's body to teach, please take consent. Before you use shaming words like "na-mard", remember that a 21-year-old is listening and his whole life feels shattered.

‎>

‎> We need to talk about medical privacy, consent for teaching, and respectful language. Manhood is not defined by testicles. It is defined by hormones, treatment, and humanity. I request all hospitals to please counsel such sensitive cases in private.

‎>

‎> This is not to defame anyone, but to ensure the next 21-year-old does not feel humiliated like I did.

The hospital is In wah cantt POF hospital

Social Pakistani in Uk

I'm 29 years old, male, currently working in the UK. I recently got my work visa. My job is quite physical, mazdoor hi samajh lo.

Life has become pretty much the same routine every day. Go to work, come home, eat, sleep, and repeat. That's about it.

Ab shadi ki bhi age ho rahi hai. Ami kehti hain ke khud bhi koi dekh lo, lekin yahan UK mein it's not that easy. Looks wise bhi I'm nothing special. Bas aik aam sa banda hoon.

Pakistan mein bhi jahan baat hoti hai, everyone expects ke shadi ke baad wife ko saath UK le kar jao. But the reality is, I barely earn enough to manage my own expenses and save a little on the side. I don't even know if it's practical anymore ke shadi karo, wife Pakistan mein rahe aur phir saal do saal baad usay bula lo.

Sometimes I just sit and think ke 29 saal ho gaye, aur zindagi mein aisa kya achieve kiya hai? Na koi proper career bana, na financially itna stable hoon, na personal life mein kuch ho raha hai.

I know everyone has their own struggles, but sometimes it genuinely feels like I'm just a failure. Bas zindagi guzar rahi hai, jee nahi raha.

[Long Post] Beware of This regular scammer Selling Berserk Merchandise

Before ordering, I specifically asked him whether the bag would fit a laptop. He sent me a video showing the bag with a laptop being placed in it, I placed my order of a shirt and bag based on the information he provided. Lo and behold

  1. The agreed price was Rs. 6,500. The seller asked me to pay Rs. 900 in advance, which I paid.

  2. The product I received was completely different from what I expected. The bag did not match the one shown in the video, its quality was very poor, and it was too small to fit my laptop. The shirt's quality was also disappointing and very cheap.

  3. The payment amount was different from what we had agreed. When I received the parcel at the post office, the amount written on it was Rs. 6,100. Since I had already paid Rs. 900 in advance, the remaining amount should have been Rs. 5,600 if our agreed total of Rs. 6,500 had been honoured. Instead, I was required to pay Rs. 6,100, bringing my total payment to Rs. 7,000. I couldn't return the parcel coz i had paid 900 already.

  4. I could not resolve the issue with the seller. I contacted him while receiving the parcel, he saw the texts but he did not respond for around 6 hours.

  5. When he eventually replied on WhatsApp after i told him on insta that I'm gonna expose him, he claimed that the parcel charges had increased because of its weight. He said he had paid Rs. 1,500 for shipping( that is a lie as pakistan post doesn't charger this much for 2kg). Regardless of the reason for the increase, he had not informed me beforehand or given me the option to cancel the order, even though we had already agreed on a final price.

  6. He promised to return the money but did not follow through. After I explained the problem, he asked for my number and said he would send the refund when he was free. Instead of resolving the matter, I subsequently discovered that I had been blocked on both Instagram and WhatsApp.

What makes this even more concerning is that I found another person commenting “Scammer” on his Facebook page. I contacted him, and he shared screenshots showing a similar experience: he had agreed to buy a shirt for Rs. 1,500 but was charged Rs. 2,500 when the parcel arrived.

This appears to be a repeated pattern, not just an isolated bad experience. Both of us have evidence of what happened.

Ask Pakistan Rickshaw driver jumped into a canal 😞😭

A rickshaw driver jumped into a canal after being issued a 2,000-rupee fine!

Ms. Maryam Nawaz!

What kind of policies are your people making in Assembly. You have to change these kind of thinking that your nation is rich... You are not in Dubai or in Europe.. in a country like Pakistan where most of the population is poor but rules and regulations are like Rich country...

Politician didn't think about the poor people... Politician have to Keep this in mind: people might not give a chance to escape. It is the height of cruelty that a poor laborer, who barely earns 1,700 to 1,800 rupees in an entire day, is slapped with a 2,000-rupee fine for his rickshaw—and that’s not even counting the 400 rupees spent on fuel! In the Sambrial area of Sialkot, a man jumped into a canal after his rickshaw was issued a 2,000-rupee fine. Ms. Maryam Nawaz! Do the poor have no right to live?

Edit 1.0: People thinking I'm supporting a rickshaw driver... I'm not...

Traffic police stance: I talk to them also see the application which they are using...

1) Daily Target =50,000/- each 2star officer

2) Cash deposit not in the form of (have to pay later)

3) If they don't achieve the target they get punishment (Have to stand for 3 to 4 hours in sun).

4) Day and night shift (not to control traffic just to impose fine).

Many other things which can't be discussed openly.

How we can improve Traffic in Pakistan.

1) Through Education. Before delivering new / transferring the vehicle.. every document have to be checked.

2) Government make driving School to educate people.

3) in school one lecture (How to make Pakistan more perfect)

4) Three warnings before big fine.

Many other....

Edit 2.0: Some people think that I'm supporting Rickshaw driver or those drivers who drive carelessly.

Actually ,I'm not supporting any bad act happening on road. My point was government have to impose the fine according to car + the person who is using it... I will share a video in comments. Which show the actual problem... The poor people have no money to pay bills. How can they pay 2000 fine. Plus Fine is same for Rich & poor...

Discussion 24 hr duty

Been here from 8 am. Non stop managing patients but the most problem created for us is not by patients or attendants its our administration. Took chairs and bed so that we are alert by 24/7. They would emphasis on wearing batch and white coat but they wont see our equipment’s availability and room lighting etc. there are not even simple gloves or tongue depressor available. And patient would blame doctors for these things though powerless against administration and if we ever say anything about it they would threaten us either with salary deduction or job termination.

Social Had a Weird Experience at Al Fatah Hussain Chowk Today

I went to Al Fatah at Hussain Chowk today, and honestly, the experience felt really weird. I usually shop there, so I am familiar with the place. However, today I needed a serum and lip balm urgently, so I decided to stop by. The only difference was that I was dressed very casually. My clothes were unironed and messy, my hair was oiled, and I had no makeup on. Normally, when I visit after university, I am well dressed, with nice makeup and open, straight hair.

This time, though, I noticed a very different attitude from the staff. Their body language and the way they looked at me made me feel as if I did not belong there. I was there for around 20 minutes, and barely anyone bothered to approach me or offer any help. I ended up walking around the aisles and looking for the products myself. To be clear, I do not mind shopping independently at all. I actually prefer browsing on my own sometimes. It was the overall attitude and those weird looks that made the experience uncomfortable. I cannot say for sure whether my appearance was the reason, but the difference was noticeable enough to leave me wondering.

Discussion Are there any young disabled people here?

• Upvotes

I'm 19M (turning 20 in a few days), and I became disabled almost 2.5 years ago. The first year was kind of a delusional phase for me. I kept thinking I would recover eventually, but I guess I'm slowly coming to terms with the possibility that I might not. I feel like it's really hard to find young disabled people in Pakistan, though maybe I'm wrong. Are there any young disabled people here who'd be open to connecting and talking? I'd really like to hear other people's perspectives. How's life going for you? How have you adjusted to everything? What do you do, what do you think about, and how do you deal with things?

I guess I just want to talk to people who might understand what it's like to be in a similar situation. We can talk about life, random stuff, or whatever. If you're young and disabled, feel free to DM me. I'd genuinely love to connect.

Education What advice do you give a 15 year old about their future with AI everywhere?

Salam everyone.

Parents of my teen cousins often ask me what their kids should study and what major they should pick. I work with AI every day, and I still don’t have a good answer for them. The best I can say is watch YT videos to stay updated, use Claude to build apps, or use it to learn things faster.

When we were kids, our parents pushed us to read. Mine also put me in basic computer lessons like excel, which felt like a big deal back then. Today it feels harder. Computer science doesn’t seem like the safe choice anymore, the job market is already bad, and everyone says AI will take coding jobs. Doctor is probably still parent's number one choice but it's not for everyone.

So I’m curious what others are doing.

If you’re a parent, do you push your kids use AI or keep them away from it? Have you put them in any coding or AI classes, and was it worth it?

If you’re in uni or just finished, what advice are you giving to your younger siblings?

Would love to hear what you guys think.

Discussion Is my house haunted?

I rented this house in dha lhr about a week ago, and since moving in, I’ve been noticing a very strange smell inside the house. It smells like vomit mixed with rotten milk, but the weirdest part is that it seems to move from one corner of the house to another.I’ll suddenly notice it in one spot, where it lasts for only a few seconds before disappearing, and then I’ll smell the exact same thing somewhere else a little later. It never seems to stay in one place, almost as if the smell is moving around the house. My friends have also noticed it, so it’s not just me. I have no idea what’s causing it, and since I’ve only been living here for a week, I’m starting to wonder if there’s something unusual going on with the property. Any idea what is it?

National People of Karachi, hear me out

• Upvotes

I started working at a young age and moved from one place to another many times so I never really focused on making friends

Alhamdulillah things are going well now and I want to make some genuine friends

Recently I met some amazing people from Reddit. We met on Saturday and I really enjoyed their company. Inshallah we are going to meet again next week

Now I also want to make some female friends as I have never really had female friends before and sometimes I get nervous talking to girls. I am not looking for a relationship. I just want genuine friendship and to become more confident

We can grab coffee or meet in a small group. Guys are welcome too 😊
