1 No common items allowed, where the price can easily found on Ebay, Craigslist, or FB Marketplace Tell us what you know about the item, where it's from, who made it... tell us the story of the item.
2 Provide several clear photos of all angles. If there's a mark, serial #, or signature include that.
3 You must own the item being posted, or a friend/relative must own the item.
5 Ivory is illegal to sell or import in the US as well as most of the EU. While the sale of antique, (100 year or older) ivory is allowed in the US, there are very specific rules about it. This is beyond the scope of this sub and we will not be giving valuations of a potentially illegal item. Please Google Ivory laws for more info.
No paper money or coins. There are better subs than this for paper money and coins
About Prints The practice of making signed and numbered prints of artwork is to make a painting affordable to a wider audience. If an art work was originally done in a different medium but then signed and numbered prints are sold, it's essentially a reproduction and value is negligible. It's best to look up the artist on ebay and look at sold prices.
Art values are subjective at best, and if you can't find the artist when you Google them it's safe to say they are not worth more than you paid.
8 No Furniture. Furniture despite age, has negligible value. Most old wooden furniture is not in fashion and resale value is usually under 500 dollars. Please do a Google search. We do not value furniture. Mass produced furniture has low resale value, even antique furniture. One of a kind pieces are only valuable if they are of very high quality AND have provenance. If you want information on the furniture try r/antiques.
No clothes, try a fashion sub. The exception would be an obvious Couture piece that is a one of a kind. If you bought it at a thrift store it doesn't belong here.
No Nazi memorabilia. Just, no.
9.No jewelry. Modern jewelry, as in post 1920, is clearly marked with karat weight. Jewelry is easy to look up or, take it to a commercial jeweler. We can't verify authenticity from a photo.

Found at a scrap metal place in New Zealand.
I think this might be the Speed-O-Byke shown at this link https://onlinebicyclemuseum.co.uk/1930s-childrens-pedal-motorcycle/
It's now been restored so at least it looks nice and is rideable, though the motor's not functional.
Interested in thoughts people have about it's value and history.

Recently this vintage piece fell into my possession. I don’t know enough about it to know what it is worth, but I do know enough to know that people like audio driven by tube amps. Could anybody tell me what a reasonable sell price aught to be?

I got this huge mural while travelling through Cuba in around 2005. A friend knew the artist personally and we arranged the purchase.
The officials at the airport did not want to let me through, but I sweet talked them 😂 A. It’s massive- like 100 inches x 80 inches.
We brought it to Canada and had it mounted and loved it in our house. However we moved a few years ago and did not have space to hang it and it’s been in our garage since.
Any idea the value and how I would arrange a sale?
It’s not in amazing shape, and would need restoration.

I recently inherited these from my grandmother. She had remarried and her second husband had no part in our lives so these hold no sentimental value. Just wondering if there is anything that is note worthy or of value. Appreciate any help.

We're currently going through our late uncle's stuff that was sitting in storage and we're genuinely curious - what is its worth (potentially sold as one box/lot)?
There are two cameras, and the rest appears to be lens and accessories.
Both cameras are untested.

I have a full set, one extra Zayn, and all of them have the tags besides harry and the extra Zayn keychain. I believe they are from 2012. Are these worth anything.

Hello,
I have 3 copper ingots, only one has any markings, maybe a backward F and a C or O. They weigh 10.4 oz, 8.6oz, 4.7 oz. I’m not sure what the long copper piece represents/is. Thank you for any information. I researched and Michigan ingots look to be marked with C and H and Quincy with the Q.

I found these at some garage sales this summer in some boxes that probably hadn't seen the light of day in like 30+ years. The ring with the green stone is stamped 925 and the other rings are 14 or 18k gold.
I'm also curious about these hot wheels. I know nothing about hot wheels in general. Pretty sure they're mildly rare but I'm not sure what condition they would be considered and if their condition would add or detract from their value.
And as a bonus, this loaded cigarette thing. Pretty sure there's a couple of the things in it. When I googled it, all kinds of values came up

I included what chat thinks they are. Will probably sell them, don’t want to get ripped off. Anyone I should keep because of coolness?

Hello,
Found this at an estate sale. No visible markings & "front/back" are near identical. Looking for more information on it? Artist? Period? Worth? Etc?
Thanks in advance!

Wife is selling antique coffee grinder we inherited and have no space for (thing is kinda huge). She thinks it's worth $2K and likely a local coffee shop or similar will buy it as a 'statement piece'.
I think it's worth less, but can't really find any comps. Most are cheaper, but also most are much smaller. The few large ones are in notably-worse condition.

I would love some help with any information someone may know about this Mickey Mouse Kiddie Car I've got here. I have searched high and low and have had a hard time finding very many other ones around or information at all really. The one I did find a was a complete restoration but this one here is still all original, rust, patina, and all. Hallmark did make an ornament so when trying to research I seen to be redirected to someone or somewhere that is trying to sell the Christmas ornament and not the actual full size wagon. Very annoying and frustrating to be honest. This one is NOT the ornament though. I have included a photo in front of an old truck so that it gives a size comparison and scale. Still has original Mickey Mouse photo painted on both sides but they are very faded, one side more so than the other, and then his name on the front but it is still in pretty decent condition. All 4 wheels are made of metal and spin and all 4 metal teardrop spokes are intact. I have included photos from all sides and all angles. Thanks so much in advance.

I saw these on marketplace for cheap and thought they were neat. Once they were delivered i found 2 that have artists signatures. I was able to make out that one of them is from a renowned artist named Bruno Castellani. I can't locate comparable oval artwork by them so im not 100% sure on value. That being said, the 2nd one i believe says "Giorge". Maybe it's a small artist I can't find or its someone's personal work. Either way these are incredibly intricate and unique
