The most guilty one for Malaysian company is called Jcorp. I google them and they're apparently owned by Johor state gov.
Also, Singapore affiliated seems to burn Indonesia forest the most if you look at the source.

Dashcam Road rage incident
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi everyone, just wanted to know the formal steps to report something like this.
For context, my friends and I accidentally entered the wrong toll entry so we backed out and re-entered the correct entry. This car came speeding into the toll entry and (I assume this was my fault) screeched to a halt mere inches away from us. He then started honking his horn as we finished paying our toll. This car then proceeded to follow us and repeatedly brake check us for the next 10 to 15 minutes. At this point we were about to reach our home so to avoid a confrontation I ended up pretending to take an exit to lose the car.
Is there a realistic chance this person will be charged or atleast fined?

Environment Neon goby seen in a crystal-clear stream in Malaysia

Stiphodon atropurpureus, the black Kumpay goby.
A type of small (5 cm) native fish of Malaysia, found in coastal hillstreams of Pahang. It is adapted to fast-flowing rocky rapids.
It grazes on green algae, diatoms, and organic biofilm on submerged rocks. Its specialised pelvic fins allow it to stick as it feeds.
Contrary to most, they are not commercially available in the aquarium hobby and are instead replaced by their Indonesian cousin, the neon blue goby S. semoni.
Almost all the ones marketed are that species.
However care is difficult for most aquarists, hence they are not recommended unless the person has experience and prepared specially for them.
